The staff and the atmosphere are great. I was there on opening day and 1 time since. The prices are very high when compared to Michigan and supply is minimal. Quality is decent. Once they get more products and lower prices it should be great.

I'm glad I'm a veteran! It's $39 for 2.83grams which I think is still a little high compared to Michigan prices. Then again back in the day it was $35 an ounce! Lol 🤣 The Botanist in Wickliffe is fairly new so they don't have any competition right now, meaning their prices will probably come down a little once more dispenseries are approved! I did like the security and clean friendly environment! All of the staff was friendly and efficient! I had Brian for my Budtender! He was a very knowledgeable and friendly associate! He helped me a lot to make my selections! Can't wait for them to post a menu on their website. Overall I had a pleasant and excellent experience!! I can't wait to see how this place is going to look when it's completed!!

This is the first dispensary available to us in Cleveland. Due to Ohio laws you are unable to see or smell the medical product until you have spent your cash. Flower is all that’s available for now. That said the quality is outstanding and the staff does a great job in helping you select the right medicine for you.

wish they had more chairs in purchasing room, so that people with back pain, may sit down.

When are you going to have a variety of products available? The dried flowers and vaping just not my cup of relief. Have been there twice, but probably won't be back until there is a more comprehensive menu. Drops would be nice. ))

Loved the professionalism and help. They took their time discussing my ailments to help me decide what strains would work best for my needs.

I didn't like how I am forced to vape. Need more products. Was a very nice experience though, very quick.

Great staff and they quickly get you in and out. However, their menu strains are fairly old and harvested months ago! New menu items are strains already recycled through other dispensories. I would love to see them get strains first instead of last!

Most importantly, they have a very amazing and friendly staff. Secondly, the facility is very nice and inviting. The menu is limited, but that's just how it is at the moment. I'm otherwise very impressed with The Botanist and have been very happy with their product and service! I do wish they would put their menu online, it would save much time at the location.

love the botanist. worked with Brian and he was amazingly spunky, informative, patient and happy to help. looove lakeshore dream for daytime use. I am trying yellow springs kush right now(shout out to my homies at Antioch)and so far so good. will go back to the botanist again and again.

This was my third visit to this location. Staff is very helpful and the process is quick. Prices are high, love the constantly changing menu. Would like to see and smell the product first. Thank you all that work there!
