I’ve ordered from a lot of cannabis delivery services over 15 and unfortunately, my experience with Top Shelf Express was disappointing from start to finish. First, I never received an ETA until the driver was already 30 minutes away. I had to call twice just to check on my order. Then when the driver arrived, I was told I had to come downstairs to get my order because they weren’t allowed to leave their car something I’ve never experienced with any other delivery service. Not to mention, the price I was charged ended up being higher than what my order originally showed. They could at least let customers know the total isn’t final until delivery that’s basic communication. And when I finally opened my sealed infused pre-roll, there was nothing inside but crumbs. The product was completely empty. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from communication to product quality. I won’t be ordering from this service again you only get one chance to make a good impression. At least the driver was nice, though that was the only positive part of the experience.

I’ve used the delivery service three times. They do sometimes take longer than 90 minutes and aren’t the best at communicating or apologizing for the wait. However, I will keep coming back because the quality has always been great and the prices just keep getting better each year. The drivers are always on point and very cool with me.
