Top Shelf Wellness Center - Medford

hip spot. I get my bud there at least once a week.

My girlfriend went in with a caregiver medical card, and was rudely told by some lady (staff) that they can't sell to her, it's illegal. My girlfriend explained how it's valid just like a medical license and the lady said there is no such thing, it's illegal. When my girlfriend left saying, I buy from dispos in kfalls all the time no issues, the lady said no you don't. I would recommend not buying from this place if you heed warning from reviews. I don't want recommendations or service from people who don't care, or clearly aren't informed and properly trained to be selling in the medical field. First dispo I checked out in Medford, giving it a big fat no. Don't even want to go in there myself to check it out.

Get ready to wait if you come here. I just got cut by a customer, who got helped by a bartender right away, then I had to wait for the bartender that helped me to return an ID to the previous customer and then after all that I had to wait for my sticker to print because it didn't print when my order was rang up

As always, my experience with the fine folks at Top Shelf were top notch.

All the associates are always so welcoming, and helpful! Love shopping here!

My order was placed at 9:02 and was filled and ready with in ten mins and pick up was easy. The claw machine is a nice touch as well! Such a fun and kind atmosphere!! 10/10 recommend.

I would give Top Shelf an A+ on their online ordering fulfillment. Every time I've ordered including my initial order, I've gotten to the store and my order is always ready, always correct and the employees are always helpful with an add on sale. I left another dispensary because they could not hold up to their online ordering commitments after placing orders. Thank you Top Shelf for always coming through and with a smile.

I like the employees the employees are really knowledgeable and friendly, I like the atmosphere in the store you never feel rushed when you go go inside a top shelf
