It has been a real experience going to trulieve people are good at knowing what is going on with info about the Marijuana sales their.i love it.a young lady named Kaley helped me out.very professional with her job.thanks kaley.r.s.m.

That’s Trulieve and Davenport is absolutely amazing. For this to be the only dispensary and it’s area it keeps up with its traffic you might have to wait a minute because of how much patients they see on a daily but man that way is worth it. Their staff is so kind, sweet, energetic, and empathetic and everything they let you know they are sorry for that. Wait time they are going to get you in as fast as I can and they do, as soon as I’m seeing I’m giving a menu

I went to pick up my order yesterday and had excellent service from Jay! I have several health issues and he was very helpful in suggesting new products and lines for me to try. He's super knowledgeable and knew exactly what would help me. He has a great personality and was very easy and comfortable to talk to, which can sometimes be an issue for me with my anxiety. Thanks Trulieve, and thanks Jay!!

Not the pleasant experience that we expected. First, the building is a bit weird looking from the outside and all the windows were covered so you couldn't see inside. This was the Davenport, FL location. Once inside the music was too loud and you couldn't hear what the front desk attendants were saying with the mumbling with the masks on. Although they were very friendly. Once we went in the back to the dispensary we weren't really welcomed and staff wasn't very friendly. For the first time there plus using Medical Marijuana the first time I would think the process should be explained to us, and what actually we need and side affects. The attendant behind the counter that we had was a young girl and wasn't very customer friendly and kept flipping her hair back. We had to ask all the questions to get what we needed with no help from her. Plus when it was time to pay, it took 4 DEBIT cards to finally pay, because they didn't accept CREDIT cards. Also, the bill was for $97 and she said that she had to round it up to $100 and give us the $3 back. What??? In my 70 years of life I never heard of that . We came out more stressed than we came in.

I always get treated very well here. Sam I Am, Colby like the cheese are great budtenders. Tucker is a wonderful manager he always has a 😃 smile and warm welcome when your name is called. The whole staff is great. Thank you for always doing a great job

I go to this location almost Daily and I love every one who works there and there product line is outstanding. I must say though I just picked up the NEW Blue River Live Rosin they dropped today and all I have to say is it is by far my FAVORITE product iv had from any dispensary in Florida. 100% Outstanding Terp Profile, all around great medication. Davenport Trulieve hands down ROCKSSSSSS.

I absolutely love this location! Jordon and Emily are the BEST! Jordon was my dispensary agent and Emily overheard me asking him for the special brownies. Jordon started looking for them and Emily came across their last batch! I love them! Definitely will be coming back

I love the way Gina handled my order. She went out of her way to help me which I greatly appreciated. She is bright, knowledgeable, professional, friendly with a nice smile, and has cool music playing. I recommend this store and Gina as your rep.

This location has the best customer service from the front desk with Gina to when you get in the back. My Budtender has been Adelia a few times now and man she just knows her stuff and is a pleasure to deal with. The manager of this location Alex is always doing a great job there. Stop by and say Hi the team here is great!!!

I would like to shoutout Myles and TJ. I went here today and they were awesome. I had an exchange and they had no problem helping me and getting me what I needed. Awesome customer service and great help

I have been to a lot of locations and this one by far has the best staff! I had a problem with a product and they went above and beyond to make things right. Plenty of parking and great customer service!!

I think I was the patient who spent the most time in this dispensary today. I had so many questions and TJ was ready to answer all of them. They talked me through different strains and what they would recommend for different target reliefs, and all the different methods of medication. Overall the staff was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Always have a great experience here! My man Johnny and the crew are top notch. Today Colby hooked everything up was on point with all the top flower available. I recommend this place 100%💨💨

This is by far the nicest Trulieve I have been to! It’s huge! It’s clean! The staff is so friendly and the selection of products is beyond expectations! I am a 9lb hammer lover myself! Try it if you haven’t it has really helped my aches and pains. I’m thankful!

Staff is all ways so helpful. Tonight TJ was super helpful picking out a replacement strain and making sure I got all discounts I was qualified for. Had to do some research and then clear it with his manager. I appreciate his extra effort to help me get my meds

Emily was great and more then I found out she was my Taurus twin! She gave me great recommendations and was very knowledgeable. The place is nice and the stuff is good quality. It’s the first and only dispensary I go to! Thank you for making everything this thoughtless .

BEST Trulieve ever! I love shopping this store, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed, and there is usually not a long wait. They have a good amount of stock as well. I feel very lucky this dispensary opened, as it is very near where I live. And the fact that the budtenders and other employees are so great is a bonus! Shout out to my three favorite budtenders so far (but they are all very nice), TJ, James and Paul.
