Trulieve - Fort Myers

I don’t even know where to start… Liz is truly one of a kind. I walked in carrying a whole storm on my mind, and she didn’t just brush me off like most people do — she actually listened. Not rushed, not fake, not distracted. She sat there and let me vent like I mattered, like my words had weight. That alone meant everything. And somehow, on top of that, she still made sure I left taken care of in the best way possible. The quality? Amazing. The price? Honestly unbelievable. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine care with top-tier service like that. Liz isn’t just doing her job — she’s creating an experience. If you ever get the chance to be helped by her, don’t think twice. People like her are hard to come by 💯

They’re phenomenal. Great product, superior product and they have incredible customer service. They have a lot of product, so many strains, such a selection. Their product is also strong. The distillate is AWESOME.

The quality of the products this location has are very nice. The service is some what poor. The budtender I had was not knowledgeable and was showing me flowers then would say oh we can't sell this at the moment. So why would you show it to me. Asked him about the store discounts and he really didn't know, that was my first visit and I didn't get the right discounts that I now know I should have got... Asked to purchase a shirt, didn't get it, Guess he forgot.. The atmosphere was very relaxed though. So this is my review on this location since it was my very first dispensary visit being a new patient.

Ari Fisher is always very respectful and knowledgeable I’ve had her maybe 3 times and each time she has been very nice and is fast and courteous highly recommended this person

lost my card in 10 min then accused me of having it never said sorry only an attitude

I like that I was a new customer and I was registered pretty fast. There was 6 people in line before me. I didn’t wait any longer than 10 minutes. Only thing I didn’t like was there wasn’t a menu you kind of had to pick between what you wanted by hearing the names or seeing the levels of THC.

Mary at this location took great care of what I needed. proffessional, courteous, and efficient! She was amazing, as is this location.

I loved that they had everything i ordered in stock and also wasn't shy about giving out some Trulieve swag. Make sure that when you look it up on your GPS it does not take you to the North Fort Myers location that's what happened to me.
