Trulieve - Lake City

The Staff at the LC store is absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough good things about them... the Mgr? , far from the Caliber of the employees. What a dirtbag. He ran to the back like a ***** and wouldn't explain why he was doing what he was doing. And wouldn't come back out before i left. LC store needs a Mgr , not a thief. Apparently the Mgr likes to steal from the patients. Trulieve owes me money. Sincerely, Chris Hogan

I would like to give Christopher Hollis at Trulieve in Lake City, Florida a big thank you for your patience with me and for the knowledge you have about the products you tend! You are the type of employee Trulieve needs to keep ahold of! I ended up grabbing 1 g of Space Age Cake Live Resin per Christopher’s request and ohhhhh man! It’s wonderful! I also grabbed 1 g of the Agathlan Live resin which is my go to and it’s amazing as always! Thanks for the great experience and product!

Great place with great customer service. During my visit this week I was assisted by Bull who is so knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions and helping me find the product that would work best. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this location.

I haven’t read many good reviews about Trulieve in general. This location (Lake City) is very good. The management and staff are awesome and I’m grateful they have opened up here. The wait time is the only negative and surely it can be corrected, as I hear many complain about it. I just let them text me when it’s my turn...I live close by and it works for me. Funny thing is, no one leaves cause they want their weed 😂 Maybe, just maybe one day they could just hand out prerolls to the waiters to calm them down. I’ll def continue doing business here.

I'd like to thank Justin and Trulieve. I visited the Lake City dispensary yesterday because I had other business in town. I pre-ordered but as it turns out I made an error and placed the order with the dispensary I normally visit 70 miles away. All turned out okay because Justin was able to round up what I ordered anyway. I really did not realize how much he went above and beyond until later when I got a call from the other dispensary. They do take care of us vets. Thanks again Justin!

I love being greeted as I come in and that they let me know how long my wait might be. I was just there last night and one of the staff, Missy, was amazing!! I'm new to all of this and she was so patient and knowledgeable. Her attitude was great and she kept me smiling and laughing the entire time The willingness to make sure I understood the products and got just what I needed plus her amazing attitude made my experience a 10/10.

I had great experience & timely service. It was the consultants 1st day on the register & he did an outstanding job. Thank you Keaunte for excellent customer service.
