Trulieve - Ocala

Love visiting this TL! They’re all great, but this one is a cut above. Super helpful staff.

I loved the fact staff treat and assist me with respect patience and friendliness. Jose was all business helping me with selection. Has made me happy about being new in Ocala and being lucky enough to have TL right around the corner!

I had my first experience today at trulieve in Ocala and I have to say I am more than pleased with the service. Mark was extremely helpful, he informed us of the differences between strains and explained everything to us in details. I highly recommend stopping by and checking this dispensary out. Ask for Mark, he will help you with all your questions and needs.

Always a fast easy time at this location. Never wait more than 10 minutes to go back. Jesse is amazing and has taken care of me the last several times I have been. She is extremely knowledgeable and I always learn something new at almost every visit. Joey is on point and keeps things running smooth. Love the friendly atmosphere

It was my first time trying this Trulieve, as I’ve had issues with others I’ve dealt with I wasn’t so eager and was a little doubtful so my hopes weren’t let down BUT I have to say, I didn’t sit longer than 10 minutes and I was taken by how every employee and customer were all happy and joking and having a great time! I was with a young lady named Jessie, she was very friendly, helpful and made sure I left with everything I needed and wanted and the DEALS were great! Will definitely make this my store!

Ocala Trulieve Jaime A is a great help. She knows what she is talking about. There are quite a few knowledgeable Budtenders there but occasionally a newbie pops up. Variety is no contest. They can have almost 30 strains at any one time. That live Suga and the Primo Buds were new additions that were worth the time and trouble.

Desiree W. (the one with the cute red glasses) made this experience super easy and answered all my questions. She was very professional and patient with me. Thank you so much and I will definitely be stopping by again.

The product is good, but the customer service is either great or triggering, there is no in between for this place. I either have pleasant experiences with kind, helpful employees... or they are so rude and demeaning it triggers a panic attack I and I don't go back for a while. I wish it was more consistent so that I felt comfortable going regularly, because the product works well... but sometimes it makes me anxious just thinking about having to physically go there. Wouldn't recommend pickup if you're also being treated for an anxiety disorder because they don't seem to care to offer a consistent experience.

This is the worst dispensary I have ever been to. No menu in store, was told to visit website but it is NEVER updated. 3rd time visit, 3rd time disappointed. Giant waste of time.

So the product is awesome , absolutely no problems there at all, here are the issues at the Ocala branch , 1) the music is too loud in the waiting room, so if you are a patient that suffers from a head injury, and headaches , this is a issue .. seems like they like to jam the music here.. which leads to the next issue ... 2) when your name is finally called and if your not staring at the door you won’t hear your name called , because they don’t move into the waiting area calling your name, they stay at the door , and with masks on , you can’t here them over the music, and you get skipped. 3) next issue is the security guard there is over zealous, while talking to the front desk about a problem , he likes to interfere and cause move of a issue then is needed. He is rude, ,, he really should not but into customer service issues... if your a patient that suffers from stress issues, this is also another big problem, you don’t need the security guard adding stress where stress does not belong. 4) next when you want to talk to a manager about issues you will get everyone but the actual manager ...

All they care about is making money they don’t care about the patients they have no compassion doesn’t matter the Gainesville store or the Ocalla store they suck sorry to say stay away we have too many other choices in Florida

I prefer Truelieve over all other dispenseries because you can purchase cbd as well as medical marijuana in various ways to ingest it. The Ocala t is a wonderful facility, best one I have been to. From the moment I arrived at the entrance door everyone was so pleasant. After I checked in my wait time was only about 10 minutes. My Customer Care person was Dawnelle and she was very bubbly and professional and amazingly helpful. The facility was so clean and vibrant. Truelieve Ocala location is my new favorite positive experience go to for all of my medical marijuana needs to treat my chronic pain and anxiety.

Went into the Ocala store today and was lucky enough to get Dawnelle as my bud tender. She was SO patient and kind with me and was so happy to answer all my questions and keep checking the stock on different things for me. I travel up every week from Citrus County and everyone has always been so nice and amazing to me. I was also very impressed to learn about having an RN on staff. The indica Kief was such an amazing recommendation, Thanks again Dawnelle

Really Dank Carts . Bud is usually better after a couple extra weeks of curing in my home in my experience. They cut and package that stuff quick I assume LOL . However Great Quality flower and shatter , the flower selection can be larger and more available IMO . This is my go to place for carts . Prices are fair .

As soon as you walk in the store you're greeted with friendly faces and you know there are smiling faces behind those masks. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable, able to answer most any question you have. Their products are very high quality and they often have deals. The store is located in the Key Foods plaza across from Target on SR 200, make sure you check them out!
