Sebribg fl store, this place was an awesome experience. the guy that helped me was so full of information it really made my visit great. I would definitely be going back here. plus there deals are the best around but then again I've only been to two. MUV and Trulieve. I'd recommend trulieve in a blink of an eye. there super nice and if there's something you don't understand there will be more then delighted to give you all the information you need. absolutely loved the experience I'd received here. it's a must go back for me. Thank you Mr. Mikey you was an awesome help. count on seeing me back.

Mickey- he is one of the OGs there! And it shows! He knows everything about every product and before you leave he makes sure you have had a great experience and takes care of all your questions in a respectful manner! Mikey’s a 10/10 with customer service!

I’m always smiling when I leave this branch of Trulieve due to the fact that I am always given exemplary service and today was no exception. Budtender KEVIN is so knowledgeable and patient with me. Even on a busy Christmas Eve he was a wonderful example of the Sebring Trulieve family. Thanks Kevin!!!

The staff is incredibly welcoming & helpful. Despite ordering online I usually still have questions & Mikey seems to always have the information when I need it. I have only had really positive experiences in the store.

I always have a great experience in this dispensary. All the staff are friendly, upbeat and helpful. I have a million endless questions and the staff happily answers them or takes the time to go find the answer. This is really important for the quality of my life as I heal, I need and depend on the plant compounds within these products. I feel the staff really knows and understands the products, they have gone above and beyond to answer very difficult scientific questions and sometimes very dumb questions for me.. Today's visit was with the budsman Mikey, he was informative, upbeat and pleasant. He clarified my prescription, and explained my options and made some good suggestions. I left, once again very happy!

When I went into trulieve today I got hooked up by Jill. I had a return and a problem with the previous order and didn't know what to do but she worked it out for me no problem and got me a good deal on top of it. Awesome place

I have been in the Sebring dispensary several times and Paul and Jill stand out! They shine. ALWAYS helpful, ready and willing to make your visit top notch! They are knowledgeable and friendly and helpful! Don’t get me wrong everyone there is great BUT PAUL AND JILL ARE THE BEST!!!! I will definitely go back!

Great customer service by Christopher!! Five star service hands down!!

Don't trust the website! Two attempts in a row to get my medicine after ordering on the website the night before only to be told "I'm sorry, we're out of that product" A waste of an hour to get there for nothing again. I'll bet an employee decided wanted my product. This is BS!

Mikey was my customer service rep this trip. He’s a wonderful guy. Great personality and very informative. I have never had bad service at Trulieve. Would recommend this dispensary to anyone who needs alternative medicine.
