Trulieve - Tampa Citrus Park

I placed an order online and it went through with no issues. When I arrived at the dispensary the price was double what my confirmation email said. I showed the Manager Nichelle and she said she couldn't honor that price. So I wasted time money and gas for a bait and switch scheme. No one seemed to care either. They basically told me to kick rocks. I'd shop elsewhere. Curaleaf is like a mile away. I should have never shopped here because of the "sale" because the "sale" doesn't exist. This place is a joke especially the customer service.

Staff is amazing, store is well stocked, clean and convenient location. I visit at least once a week and always get great service. Helped by Sean today who has dispensed for me before and goes above and beyond to make the experience a pleasure.

Awesome location that is SUPER easy to find out in the Westchase / Citrus Park area. If they aren't too busy, I would highly recommend requesting Daniel G. The dude is super knowledgeable on what's good and he gives his genuine opinion about a product you may be interested. He definitely has steered me in the right direction more than once.
