Trulieve - Boynton Beach

From front desk, to the many salespersons (love my boy Waggs), to even front security (Frank is full of wisdom too), this is the most convenient location with abundant helpful staff.

Went on 3/19. They were slammed w people trying to get orders in what w Covid-19. Many other dispensaries out. Their website was overwhelmed and when I went to pickup, order wasn't ready (understandable). They worked w me on short order and filled it right there in reasonable time, considering extraordinarily circumstances. They care and have best flower, edibles and concentrates. They get busy because they can handle volume when others are out.

This was my first time in a dispensary and I can’t believe how incredible the staff was too me! Sean helped my pick out my correct strains for my day to day activities. The service was amazing and they had my in and out super fast. I would definitely recommend this location to any medical card holder. Thanks team!!

This was our first time at trulieve. Elaine assisted us with our purchases, answered all of our questions and was absolutely lovely. Ask for Elaine and she will make your experience excellent.

I enjoy how friendly the staff is. I go in there a few times a week. Its like walking into cheers..lol . But long story short, had only few issues with product that got resolved right away besides that all i can say is great things of the store. Highly recommend hitting up this location. Just remember to place an order ahead of time to not be waiting to long in the evenings.

This dispensary is by far the best out of the bunch. The atmosphere is inviting, clean and safe. My consultant Cassidy was Amazing! She’s knowledgeable and knows what to recommend based on your needs. The whole team from Management to Security is really top notch. I actually drive by three dispensaries to get to this location. They don’t sacrifice quality in their products or service. Highly recommend!

This was my first time in a Florida dispensary and the Trulieve Boynton Beach dispensary is now my go to store. I was warmly greeted the minute I walked in the store. Being warmly greeted went a long way in easing my first-time jitters. Sandy was amazing. First, she’s gorgeous and secondly, she has the best product knowledge and advice that best fit my needs. Great deals, great staff, and great products.

Love coming here, the staff is always attentive and friendly! Also will answer any question you have and give you the best advice when you can’t decide what to get. Pre-order for pick up is awesome, vertually no waiting after checking in. Staff knowledgeable and move customers through process quickly.

Staffers are very professional and helpful! Nice atmosphere, people are nice and welcoming! This is our go-to dispensary!

Gave service 2 stars because the online shopping is horrible. everything says out of stock and you cant do anything on the app. also was on hold forever and did a call back. never got a call but both times ive been there were 3-4 people at desk. need to start updating (last update on here was july) or making it clear what is actually available.

Very helpful and caring staff

Definitely my go to dispensary hands down ! They have a great staff and amazing product! The one thing that blew me away was the life time warranty on there products. I had a concentrate pen that I dropped and got ran over by a car, I brought the pen in pieces and they told me not to worry about it. Got a brand new pen and I was on my way !

How come there is no direct phone number ? Why do we have to wait 30 minutes on hold when we call? Bc the website doesn’t give enough descriptions on what is available ? Let’s get it together already ☝️🧐😎 Nice store and friendly people

Always leave here knowing more than when I arrive. Very knowledgeable staff who care. Elaine went above and beyond to help me out & manager Tim took extra time to answer all my questions. Will absolutely return.
