I'm not a Karen, I'm the opposite of one, but today I am so utterly and extremely disappointed in what used to be my favorite dispensary. I spend $500+ a month here easily, and have always been a chill return customer. Today I placed an order for 4 mini's online promptly at 7:30 am - thinking to myself yay, I finally remembered to order on a Monday! I get the email confirmation of my order, and the day goes by with no further communication. At 3:40 pm I call the store and wait on hold 30 minutes, no one came to the line. I thought dang, I bet they're slammed and that's why they haven't filled my order. At 4:30 pm I drive to the store to be told my order was voided due to no stock. Here's where their Customer Service swerved me like an NBA player faking the defense. Damn, they did me dirtyyy. What am I to believe, that they actually ran out of stock even though I saw the inventory refresh before my eyes when I placed my online order - or that they sold my order to someone else and are now refusing to honor the Cyber Monday sale that I combined with my Points discount? Oh wait, they'll give me 10% off my next regularly priced purchase. No thank you, I'm not a Karen but I'm not a pushover either. I'll take my money elsewhere, consider this our break up note.
