Trulieve - Cape Coral

This location has really improved!!!!👏 EDDIE sure knows how to handle and rock the waiting room all by himself. Wait times and customer service were outstanding on this crazy shopping hoilday!!!!!!!

I have went here ALOT but lately it’s like a wait every time then you go in the back and no one is working or they are just talking. How is it that all the other places dispense quick but trulieve it’s like 15mins!!! Then to say you close at 8:30 but turn me away at 8:15!!!! Never will go there again! There is others open where i don’t have to wait a hour! RIDICULOUS CLEAN IT UP TRULIEVE CAPE CORAL!!!

It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

3rd day waiting for a delivery......no calls....nothing. They promise then apologize up and down after dropping the ball and do not follow through. Inept. Worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I'm not a Karen, I'm the opposite of one, but today I am so utterly and extremely disappointed in what used to be my favorite dispensary. I spend $500+ a month here easily, and have always been a chill return customer. Today I placed an order for 4 mini's online promptly at 7:30 am - thinking to myself yay, I finally remembered to order on a Monday! I get the email confirmation of my order, and the day goes by with no further communication. At 3:40 pm I call the store and wait on hold 30 minutes, no one came to the line. I thought dang, I bet they're slammed and that's why they haven't filled my order. At 4:30 pm I drive to the store to be told my order was voided due to no stock. Here's where their Customer Service swerved me like an NBA player faking the defense. Damn, they did me dirtyyy. What am I to believe, that they actually ran out of stock even though I saw the inventory refresh before my eyes when I placed my online order - or that they sold my order to someone else and are now refusing to honor the Cyber Monday sale that I combined with my Points discount? Oh wait, they'll give me 10% off my next regularly priced purchase. No thank you, I'm not a Karen but I'm not a pushover either. I'll take my money elsewhere, consider this our break up note.

They email you then text you to come In to get your online order then tell you it’s a two hour wait. Crap customer service.

My bud tenders name was Ray he had a great attitude and was extremely helpful! It was honestly one of the fastest and efficient visits I’ve ever received at this particular trulieve! Thank You Ray!!

Never has product old Lady up front is rude. Wait is always long (before the covid19) Over priced products Worse of the dispensers around the fort Myers area
