Trulieve - Orlando Colonial

The folks that work there try their best, but that are intentionally understaffed. You can check in online for an express order at 9 am when they open, and still end up waiting an hour because they have one person working the counter. Once again, the employees are Great, but hamstrung by the corporate policies. I drive an extra 10 minutes in the opposite direction to Trulieve Millenia just so I can pick up my purchases in a efficient and timely manner.

I’ve been treated a lot better I should’ve known something was wrong when I didn’t see a familiar face this morning had a horrible experience, if it wasn’t for my previous visits and knowing I just happened to have gotten the wrong group of staff this morning I would never return. Was treated poorly from coast and Izzy this morning I’m done with trulieve , they have a new “policy” every time you walk in the door! Will only be coming for my pods from now on I suggest you go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! Also how does a brand new container of flower have some type of residue on the bottom of the container? You get what you pay for I guess . Go to google to see pictures!

At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

Bro I was a frequent customer 3-4 days a week. But now I’m never going back there. They’re wack horrible service especially today absolutely trash I planned to go there once today and ended up having to go 3 seperate times because I kept getting a short gram of wax twice!! They wouldn’t open the container before I left to check so I wasted my time and gas for nothing I’m so disappointed never going there again they did not offer anything for help discount merch nothing for all I had to do just to get my medicine. They wouldn’t even put me in front of the walk ins after my third time going there because I kept getting shorted on wax and decided not to wait another 25 min of my life for me to just exchange wax when this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. THEY SHORT YOUR WAX especially the crumble watch out for no help with resolving the problem other than waiting in the back of the line (25 minutes) to just exchange your wax. Do not plan on going back. While I typed this I’ve been waiting on the phone for now 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

I enjoy visiting this store for its prompt service, or when there is a wait, to make it a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Nick M at the Colonial Location did an exceptional job with his recommendations, and in being patient as I asked questions and took time. He had a great attention to detail, a good base of knowledge and experience, and made helpful recommendations of products I have not previously purchased. Everyone does great at this location.

This store has such low stock online every time I look. THey have sales and none of what is on sale is online yet they say everything in store is online. Cannot purchse some items because there is no way to use it because they are out of the batteries that fit the cartridge. Once when i did order online they never showed or called even with online and text saying they were going to deliver. Was told on one delivery manager Sam was going to call me (I didn't ask) and he never did. How do they stay in business? Glad there are so many other dispensaries now.

I am always pleased with the friendliness and customer service of this staff. They have high quality respect and kindness towards patients and others. I recently had failure with a TruPod and the staff was quick to assure, give credit, and assist me with another form of medicine. Wonderful atmosphere and great service.

All 3 times I’ve been to this location have probably been the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had — staff members were so helpful, polite, and engaging. They have lots of different strains of flower available, some for really great prices: a few days ago they had a few strains at $27-$33 /eighth 🥰

Ok ok. To many good reviews for all the staff. Real professional all the way, maneger is great help. Ps location is 2 miles from my house yes!!! Lol God blees you all.
