Bought some Kalifa kush baby turtles and boy what a disappointment. Even though the THC was ok very 28%, and terps 2.1, I won't be buying it again. The effects did not last long, and it just wasn't worth the money. Bad JuJu.

My deliveries are horrible. No ETA. No calls. They don’t show. Reschedule all the time. Schedule 3 and 4 days out for a delivery and then never show or call or text you! You wait all day, days in a row, for nothing! By the time they do deliver, they have sold your order and replaced it with ultra low quality, low thc product. They apologize???!!! They cancel or no-show until sale products are back to regular price. Then they charge full price at the door. All about the money, right??? I get deliveries because I am disabled and don’t drive. This is the worst dispensary I have ever used. The people are sweet and the store is nice and clean, but I have to stop shopping at Trulieve because of the poor delivery service. Worst ever! This needs to be read by the Tampa Hillsborough delivery location, management team. Your people are great, your managers need training! I am waiting on a delivery now, that isn’t going to arrive. If I don’t get a delivery from them today for the same product I ordered, at the sale price, I will never order from Trulieve again!!!
