Trulieve - Wesley Chapel

Modern flower is not so modern I have had like 5 eighth's of different strains and everyone of them had had at least 2 to 6 seeds in each one very poor nobody wants seeds in Florida it is illegal to grow your own in this state

Kathryn always greets me by name and makes it comfortable to walk in. She also takes time to answer my questions.Mark by far is most awesome. He is the reason I started tipping. Now the Manager Troy is a whole different story. He talks to customers as if they know nothing. It feels demeaning and he thinks he can make women feel less than. He needs more customer service training.

The products are good, so I like Trulieve in general. Whoever staffs this location is terrible at it. They put the rudest people at the front counter. It’s usually the bigger white lady. Today, the rly replaced her with her male Twin. I live right next door to this place and will never step foot in there. Since they like acting like some sort of doctors office, you would think they would have better tact when dealing with patients. Luckily the server location is right best my business. They always greet everyone with a warm welcome and are helpful . The atmosphere here is like a funeral. I’m sorry you hate your job, but don’t take it out on the customers…..

I am from Colorado and have been to many dispensaries in FL and CO and this is a very professional one. Staff is very friendly and the service is quick. Been going to this location for almost 2 years and never had an issue. Very good quality flower.

Rude reception staff. Confrontational. Forget ordering on line unless you have an entire day to wait for their 'ok' to come pick it up. Decent meds if you can get by the inconsiderate reception staff, especially a plump, round faced angry white female... just angry....

Paula helped me and she did fine. I go to trulieve for the products. They are superior. RSO and vapes. The new Bellos are my favorite.

Friendly staff good product fairly good selection has gotten better over the last few months more strains . Easy online ordering and pick up

There’s some people in the store that are nice and help u understand everything, then some people are rude, I prefer Lakeland store.

Trulieve WC was the first dispensary that I visited with my new MMU card. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Depending on the day and time, you may have an hour to an hour and a half wait.

The staff was uncooperative. I have social anxiety and even though my husband has a MMU card, they wouldn't let him come back with me. Won't be returning to Trulieve again and it's a shame. I like Curaleaf and Grow Healthy in Lakeland!

So this is the 2nd dispensary I’ve ever been to, so I’m just learning about the different companies & how they organized their stores. The first place I went to was MUV & I liked them a lot because they have digital menu screens with strains & prices in the lobby & in the back by the register so it’s easy to see what they have available. Even before you go back. What I don’t like about this place is that they don’t have ANY menus available at all. I was VERY overwhelmed by this place because the guy at the counter said there were SO many strains to pick from & I had no idea what I wanted. So I ended up just buying a bunch of random stuff I wasn’t sure about. The guy at the counter didn’t even have his card, so he didn’t really know what the strains did. He took out of bunch of stuff for me to look at, but because of COVID, I felt weird moving closer to see them & touch them if I didn’t want it. Also the prices were all over the place, so it was hard to keep track of what I was getting. I was happy I got stuff, but not happy about how to go about getting it when you’re new to this. If you know exactly which strains you want, they have a lot & this is probably the place for you.

Hella rude receptionist , Kathrine . I live down the street and I’ll avoid this entire location at all cost just because of her . I take the trip to Hillsborough before I’ll step foot in the Wesley chapel location .

At trulieve you get the basic, what I like to call the ‘Walmart experience’ I say that to say this, it doesn’t matter how you place your order whether it’s online or you’re a walk-in; be prepared to be here for a while...like, clear your day of anything else while! This is only my personal experience but I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt and returned to see if it was due to the current events of public health safety concerns or if it was me in general and I have never left a place feeling the way I did. I won’t drag it out but basically they push their clients to order online and when I have gone to place my order, it never give me a confirmation email or text. I have brought this issue to their attention multiple times to only be overlooked each time showing that in fact they’ve lost all respect for their clients. I’m not exactly close to this location so it does take me anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to arrive and it being one of the closest to my location it’s always been discouraging to have to mentally prepare myself to shop here. I personally love a variety of the products that trulieve has to offer but it doesn’t outweigh the disrespect and agony of having to even waste time/gas/money to travel to be let down. I understand that I’m considered nobody but to those who do value their money and their time, this location is a let down. Happy Toking!

While I enjoy the flower and products the service and atmosphere is strange. The experience is hit or miss, sometimes its good, sometimes its kinda miserable. Example: I ordered online and went for pick up. Due to a surge in online pick ups there was about a 20 min wait, but the “walk-in” queue was empty. So if I had simply walked in I would have left much earlier than by placing an online order. Oh well, the flower is still great :)

Let me start about the location. It’s a great dispensary. Now for the problem. No option to review Rae Bae Strain on this page. It’s a waste of money! I got a jar of shake a stem, and buds SO SMALL there’s NO way they were hand trimmed. If it was “hand trimmed” it was a single bud they broke up with there hands. Buy a jar of mini’s the buds are generally bigger and way better.

The waiting time after being texted that the order is ready doesn't mean much. That took 2 hours. The last 2 times it was a 30-45 minute wait after notification that the order was ready,yet people were walking in and getting served in front of me that came in after me. WTF? That's the 3rd time in a row that happened.The product is good mostly and the people working there are too. I just don't really want to drive 30 minutes to walk in and sit there that long.I have other stuff to do. Would be nice if there was an up to date THC and CBD rating for each product specific to batch ordered.

Finally found my home and I don't visit any other place. If you see me with a blue cloud 1st thing in the AM swoopin minis? yes. This is hands down the best store in Tampa. I've been to Rise, Fluent, Muv, GH, Liberty, Vidacant, MM, one Cant. Now that we in the bunker with the virus, I finally got off my butt to login here and give a big THANK YOU to my main people: Brandon B., Evan D., Maria P.,Sean S., Mizael M., Johnothan R....guy who works security and drives silver muscle car (not sure your name as you only spoke 1 word to me). Please stay safe during this time and I want to thank you for all you have done for me since opening!!!! I hope this virus passes and we can go back to how it was in the lobby in the AM!!! 1 love! My first visit the dispensary was empty and everything seemed very orderly and moved along easily. My second visit the dispensary was very busy but the only difference was there was about a 20 minute wait until I was called to pick up my online order. Besides that everything was still moving smooth and orderly getting me in and out quickly.

It was my first time there, I was nervous and Sara helped me and made me feel so comfortable!

the staff here is amazing day like family I love them all
