Trulieve - Key West

I was there right after the Thanksgiving holiday and didn't expect to see a lot of choices. I was pleasantly surprised. My budtender was Susanna, and they really do a thorough job training their staff. Every time I go they answer my questions, and never make me feel foolish. We all have to learn. This time, I was able to buy new items for myself. She helped guide me in the process of using my new meds. It really is an enjoyable experience. Please open more stores.

I visited this location today. I had this person Annie mayo,who took care of my order. Was very very informative, very pleasant, showed me a lot of things that I didn’t know. I thought I did now. I would recommend this place to anybody. I mean it’s such a great atmosphere, when you go in the people are so pleasant it is just a lot of fun. Go there check them out, have a good time thank you

WOW found out on opening day y'all where here & opened!! went downtown to the opening. Great experience from the door to the finish, felt like i was special in a good way. Very informative information from everyone i talked too.This is a Dispensary class act. Thank y'all so much for getting here. been there 2 days now & i am so happy to call it home base for my medical needs. Thanks to my Budtender Chris Ramirez for your informative help on day 2. Location is fine ,it’s the absolute phenomenal, intuitive ,insightful and informative crew that has been established I have to say Michael and Simona aren’t just employees their absolutely like family to me ... Davis helped me today and he’s definitely learning from the BEST!!!

I loved everything about my visit! Mainly my server Vic, he was absolutely fantastic! He took his time to explain the difference between Rosin and Shatter and was extremely knowledgeable. He also helped me pick the correct flower for my needs. Don't be shy, if you need knowledge just ask, they're there to help you find the best products for your needs.

Living in the Middle Keys it's difficult to find the right medication. Trulieve always has your back. Killer staff, Alex Rodriguez was my tender today and as always right on point. SOLID!

The new store in key west is amazing ..the staff is super friendly n helpful..Alex has a great staff.ive been with trulieve since day 1 of there existence n the legal cannabis became a law in fla..I have no more seizures n got my drivers license back after 10yrs of not having it..I have no worries anymore thanks trulieve

I feel the location and staff are phenomenal ! I leave satisfied and with a smile every time. yeah more flower choices would be wonderful but i truly have no complaints ! 💯it

I like the privacy as well as the Bud Tenders. Brian was super knowledgeable and friendly. Finally have a good dispensary. I would like to see a %20 discount for Vets like some of their competition offers. Really only complaint

Visited Trulieve for the first time yesterday, the whole staff was absolutely fantastic, Michael and Anthony were so helpful they walked me through everything step by step and made me feel comfortable and totally informed. 100% going back and would highly recommend

Very informative. Dean and Zach made me feel very comfortable. I am a difficult person who knows it all, but Dean and Zach recognized that and treated me nicely. The manager that you brought from Dadeland is a great guy.

On Duval, but nearby parking makes it fairly easy. Finally KeyWest has flower......no more Surterra. Avoid MedMen as they oppose homegrow.

Dean and Zak were awesome to work with and this new location was easy to access. Also had a great selection of in stock products.
