Trulieve - Melbourne

No stackable discounts and staff charges a couple dollars extra if the manager isn’t there. No half off 150$ purchase as advertised on first visit. And when you ask about it you get an attitude from bud tender unless it’s a manager.

WORST TRULIEVE I've visited..No atmosphere and its run like a prison... I'm not shopping there again ! Why does this Trulieve have to be so different from all the others that I have visited?? No friendliness , no manager present most of the time, (he likes's hiding in the back room)... Never enough cashiers, if there were enough everyone wouldn't be so tense! TS ONE OF THE BIGGEST TRULIEVES< AND WORST MANAGED!! Only once have all registers been opened nd that was grand opening< .. WINEX. air purifiers on location are filthy!! I've mentioned this to management , and 4 weeks later still no change..no excuse,, shitty store.. sorry its in my county.. last time here !!

Knowledgeable staff and great selection. I have not had a single bad experience at Trulieve. If you are a walk-in, expect to wait. I always order online and am in and out of this place.

I've been to this location 3-4 times since I got back to Melbourne due to the COVID-19 in March. So... first off I want to say that the Trulieve in Melbourne is my current favorite location. Each time i go to this location, I've had no issues in waiting, pick up, returns, exchanges, etc.No issues. Next off, I want to say that the "medtenders" there are truly amazing, they answer all of my questions without being so annoyed with me like some of the other places do. I am always the one that wants to see what options are available to me that would best relieve me and every time i ask about the product, they had no issues showing me. Literally the best customer service i've had in a TL dispensary is at the Melbourne location. Justin, is probably one of the best med tenders you will meet there. He greets you so kindly when you go to his counter and then he was more than happy to assist me with adding additional items to my order and since we have similar symptoms, he was able to recommend me products that have worked for him that I did not try yet since my favorite supplies were currently out. Let me just tell you. I did try every single product I got that day. (A couple of weeks ago). I can fully say that the harlequin, the banana kush, the dutch Hawaiian and the Northern hash plant concentrates have DONE WONDERS FOR ME. Like it works really well for me so I want to formally thank you for finding methods of relief for me. I will definately request you when I show up to the Melbourne Trulieve, If i am doing walk in pick ups or walk ins. The other person that helped me that was extremely helpful and one of the best "med tenders" at the Melbourne Trulieve as well is Lauren. (Sorry If i spelt that wrong). I was feeling extremely anxious today for some reason and when I got called to the back, Lauren greeted me so kindly, I placed an online order so I did a pick up walk in. I told her the products I was looking for (indica/hybrid based, since I had so many sativas) and things that I desired in products so I was recommended the Skittles vape and the truclear dogwalker by her, and some flower/prerolls as well (I loved DW, so thank you for this reccomendation, the last time I had it was in August). So far out of everything I got today, I tried the vapes and it has done wonders for me as well. These two med tenders are really the best ones at the location and I will definately ask for Lauren or Justin each time I go for a walk in or a walk in pick up. Both of these individuals strive for excellence, professional and you can really tell that they do their jobs great and they love their job. So thank you Justin and Lauren. I will see you guys soon (:

I get delivery and the team with Truileve are very professional. Today, I had a new delivery person, her name is Brooke, she was AWESOME! Texted me when 13 minutes away and then out front. My receipt came in my email before she left the curb! WTG! BROOKE!

I went to be disappointed as I have been with other dispensaries near me [read my other reviews]. First, this was a new build-out as this was a thrift store for a while before. The staff was great! Their quality hires are very knowledgeable on product and usages. They even questioned me about usage techniques and where I learned too. I didn't buy the first visit, but after 30 minutes or more I had a smile on my face with 6-7 different products before me I could review. I can't wait for my monthly slap-in-the-face from SS as I already know what I want to purchase next week.
