Trulieve - St. Augustine

Patrick was so helpful in solving the muscle rub concoction. Hopefully with out new recipe I will get a full nights rest! He is alway upbeat and informative.

The Trulieve products I have sampled are admirable in terms of quality—expensive, but par for the region. Email went out to customers of other Trulieve stores to invite them to the grand opening of the St. Augustine store on 1/14. They advertised 25% off for this day only & swag giveaways. I arrived a half hour after opening; the line was already out the door—very few seats in the tiny waiting room—and the wait was 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours, but they were offering to take MJID cards & slide you into the queue when you returned a couple hours later. I returned 2 1/2 hours later & waited about half an hour. They were out of one of the Trulieve standard products & offered no rain check on the discount. The so-called swag was a polyester tee-shirt; apparently they expect to bilk you further for coffee mugs or hats. Trulieve is the Starbucks of the medical MJ industry: The tip jars on the counters let you know the wait staff are just like baristas, low-paid and trained by Trulieve, not experts of any kind in the field of medical MJ. Everyone is pleasant and intends to be helpful, but if you need authoritative, reliable guidance about the specific, effective medical uses of MJ, Trulieve’s salespeople are very limited. That aside, this grand opening did not show the new store in a positive light. The Palm Coast store is much better set up to handle the volume of customers grumbling in St. Augustine today.

i wont even waste my timed. jax st aug. the manager at this one. just like jax. an im watching to see how the other stores go. they start with ow we care about the medical benefits. only using cancer patience and vets to get open. then start pulling the discounts from vets and and everyone else. trulieve has been the biggest offender of the bait and switch lie. and users of illness and pain of others to for huge financial windfalls. at the expense of the people that they swore they were trying to help. i have to check a box saying it was my first time there because the other two are the worse of the three i can check all lies. fake smile and laughs for god sake. if your going to have people sale meds to people teach your employs about the product. dont lie and say oh that is out this is just as good. and they have no idea what there talking about. separating people so they can bait and switch. shady shady shady business owners and practice. online ordering to customer service. i started with the jax one went down hill same way. st aug opened . started fine then just like Jax. if your a vet or elderly or ill where u need meds. keep your eye on these people. and your prices. and scams. and get over the compassion its a facade. its all business. look at the prices going up and at the same time saying oh we didnt mean you could use points on type of your discounts. which in fact they used to get people to sign up so the can expand, do your research. have a good day and that 1 star is B.S. there way below zero on service !!!!!

Visiting from Orlando and stopped in to resupply. Zachary B was very helpful and friendly. Wish this was my local dispensary.

The second I walk in I feel like I'm at my second home. There's Russ and Ashley ready to take my card and sign me in. Handing me a menu and of course you do an amazing job updating me on new products and store openings you guys are always smiling. I really Love seeing you both everyday. Cody, peyton great job today and everyday. You guys are knowledgeable and kind. Megan I love working with you as well. The entire store is so we'll trained. I've never had an employee here I didn't absolutely love! Rheed, Cristi, Chelsea, Great management! They actually know me by name here. The managers ask my opinion on products. They really care about our well being and how to make things better moving forward. Why go to any other dispensary when this one has the product and your treated with the respect you deserve.

I dislike when to shop workers sit there and try to confess convince me that a half a gram of kief was was all there and I just bought some last week twice as much had two containers one with half-closed onion I want to complain with me and manager was right there Puerto Rican guy what do nothing has been a lot of money here I will no longer do business with this place so rude and disrespectful they no longer have the exchange policy I guess cuz today they would not exchange mine

Despite what many say, I adore Trulieve and this location in particular. The staff are pretty easy going and the crowd can get unruly. Kudos to them. Celeste is my favorite consultant. Excellent knowledge, well-informed and excellent service!

This was my first visit to a dispensary and it was the St. Augustine store. The consultant was very young but knowledgeable. I was impressed with the older gentleman, Dave, that greeted me when I walked in. He took the time to explain the discounts and answered my questions while I waited. It was good to see a more mature person there who understood my pain.

I had a great experience here! I have been to a handful of dispensaries around Jacksonville, I’m going to make the drive to St. Augustine from here on out! Joy was especially helpful and very patient as I was pretty indecisive with what strains I wanted. With that, awesome selection of flower and plenty of it!

We love it here! We love the staff and the products! Mia is the best Pt consultant! Her product knowledge, amazing attitude and sweet personality make us want to come back more and more! Many great team members too!

Wrote this earlier but did not see it come up. This location needs more flower. You cannot order what is not in in the system and no one knows what is coming in. Why can't we order what we want and then pick it up. MORE FLOWER PLEASE!!! On a bright note, Ashley is super at the front desk, happy and never seems to get frazzled as we keep piling into the store on Friday morning!! Thank you Ashley for being spot in the waiting room process!! Kudos

I stopped by this location after visiting a few other dispensaries. You cannot beat the new patient discounts here. The front desk staff was subpar, too long of a wait for minimal people in lobby. Meghan was a sweetheart and a pleasure to shop with.

I love the friendly staff and even enjoy conversations I have while waiting with other patients! Christina, Madison, John and the rest of the crew simply ROCK!

The staff is simply wonderful! Cody, Celeste, Danny, Mia, Peyton are caring . kind, informative and patient. Often crowded and with a full work schedule each has proven to have all those qualities. Thank you.

Darby was My consultant and she was awesome. This was my first time in any dispensary. She answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns.

It was my first visit to this dispensary and found everyone to be very friendly and helpful. I have to say Meghan S. was very knowledgeable and helped steer me in the right direction.

This was my first dispensary trip, but I was pleased with the Saint Augustine store. The staff were nice and helpful. I got what I wanted and gained some knowledge about a few other products.

I give this facility a standing ovation by far!!! Very informative and I was treated with the upmost respect. I give credit when it’s due and I can tell you that there products are great quality

St. Aug Trulieve is top tier compared to the others I’ve visited. Always friendly , inviting and well informative. This is my go to for my medication , and will continue to be. Great job guys !
