Trulieve - Tallahassee

Trulieve Cost me a days pay because they didn't deliver on the scheduled date and won't even attempt to get it to me even though I had taken the day off to meet them. No discount just an I apologise take tomorrow off too or do without your medication. I'll never use Trulieve again if they don't get it together.

The wait time at the Tallahassee shop is regularly 30-40 minutes from when you walk in and leave, even on Sundays. Tip jars seem out of place in a medical dispensary.

I drove 5 hours round trip to pick up a online order that I received a confirmation email stating I had 24 hours to pick it up They told me they cancelled my order!!!! NO NOTICE, email text , phone call or otherwise. When I left a Google review they quickly responded publicly to want to fix it. I emailed them as they requested. NO RESPONSE!!

The website has not been updated in weeks. No way to place online orders call store direct and nobody picks up. Try calling the call center just to wait on hold and get dumped to an answering machine. Leave a message and don't even get a call back. 😡🤬😠😡

Friendly. Great service and knowledge. Wonderful products to top it off.

Great product, great relief. Trulieve is the best in quality medicine.

As good as it gets in Florida currently. But the quality with Trulieve is great. Can be pricey but product is sure to hit the mark.

MCT oil makes nausea worse but they never told me that, now I have $710 of meds i cant use. Doesn't offer a discount after making us purchase an expensive volcano for a product they only sold for a week. I have cyclical vomiting syndrome and can't take pills or other oral meds because they won't stay down and the vape oil they use is known to make stomach problems worse. Now i am out over $1,000 and still have no relief. The only other non MCT non indigestible product requires another $50 investment because it doesn't work with the volcano. I am really upset that Trulieve won't offer a discount on their handheld vape after instructing me to spend all this money on products that make me sick or that they only offered a week. Customer service has been unwilling to make this right or forward my complaints. For shame!!!!

Very professional & clean.

Nice, very clean, professional. I got the cartridges 9lb hammer and gsc. Both are amazing quality. Paid $37 for 250 milligrams of each. Worth it.

Mason from the Tallahassee branch helped guide my order from the beginning and was very pleasant and efficient, this was my first medicine purchase. Delivery was set up and carried out in a timely manner. Delivery man was very friendly as well. The product was excellent, albeit a tad high on price. All in all, very good experience, and I will be returning.

The staff is friendly & professional. The location is perfect, especially since DocMJ is moving in next door to the dispensary. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the product or the atmosphere of the dispensary. Every time I walk in the door, it's like coming home.
