Their service absolutely sucked. I came in with a government issued tribal ID and explained as well that my drivers license was expired and I was in town with my boss for the farmers market in Aspen, the manager that was there then proceeded to tell me that I needed another form of Identification on top of my Tribal Identification which is legal to use to buy cannabis products and l've never had a problem with using it anywhere before and she tried to compare it to like if i was to have a Mexico Issued ID and said she wouldn't sell to me unless I had a credit card or another ID card with my name on it. My TRIBAL ID not only has my SSN and my birthdate but it also has my photo as well. They did not listen to me when I was even saying that it was a United States Government issued ID, it says Bureau of American Indian Affairs on it, signed by my tribal governor, and is a FEDERALLY legal form of ID. I definitely did not feel welcomed when being in the building. I will never go back again and I would never recommend this place. Do better and educate your employees.

Corporate profit seems to be tumbleweed's game. They buy the cheapest thing they can and try to sell it at 1.25 to double the actual cost of their products value. Would rather fire staff and "temporarily" shut down locations they deem "not profitable enough" than actually try to make their businesses work in the town's they've been in that people have become reliant and a preference for them in. REALLY push their "preferred products" now instead of a plethora of choice they once had pre 2020. Nobody's buying Wyldfire,Care Division, or Cannapunch guys c'mon. Wouldn't recommend working for them it was pretty depressing.

Great bud tender and amazing priced weeds. Would come back and recommend.
