Valley Pure - Lemoore

Bait and switch pricing on concentrates- all of their stuff marked at lower prices is a different price when you get there and they don't honor the 10% concentrate discount on Wednesdays. I even called ahead of time to ask if they still had what I wanted and it was the price it said. Not sure why they said yes only for me to show up and to tell me its more + no discount. I drove a few miles back and went to HerbnJoy and paid the same price and got my discount. No wonder this place was completely empty and 2/3 of the employee's were on their phones. Manager was a complete moron unwilling to make the situation right. My visit was on 6/28/23 between 5pm and 5:15pm. The security guard agreed with me when I told him what I thought about the place on my way out. Really unexpected as I've been to another Valley Pure and had nothing but good experiences. DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

All the budtenders that have helped me have been very nice and they know their products well, especially Fallon, who has helped me several times now! The infused prerolls are hard to smoke because they get so sticky, or burn irregularily often. I don't have that problem with any of their noninfused prerolls. The edibles are great, especially Froot! It is so dark in there. It must stay cooler that way, but it is sad to go from sunshine to such darkness. It almost makes it feel illegal still. The low prices and frequent $1 deals will keep me coming back for sure though!

The best dispensary in town! Prices are affordable compared to other places and the products are great. The budtenders are always so nice and helpful.

I tend to have a bad experience with some of the workers the last time I came to the location and tece helped me and normally when I get there I like to stroll around and see what is new and I went in there last week looking at pre rolls and I asked the budtender that was right there about some of the prerolls and then the manager weston I believe is name is. Just took the prerolls and noticed I was asking about them and still continued on... every time I go in I pay good money for my items and then they always try rushing every time I come in. And then i feel like the price Is too high and some of the budtenders don't do the pricing correctly at the register&nbsp; I keep coming to the location cause I love seeing 2 of the budtenders who actually do their jobs correctly and are informative
