Bought two carts one has oil and the other is almost empty will they replace

This is the second time I get a heavy hitterz cartridge that is missing oil don't look like a gram at all

We are sorry for the experience. All of our products come prepackaged and pre-sealed from the distro and if there is a defective cart, we will do what we can to make it right. All of the cartridges do come pre-filled and they are supposed to have some in the chamber as well. We also do carry a wide selection of vapes, so next time you're in, check out some others that we have in stock.
