Last time I went in, Aprilynn was the door greeter who scanned my ID. She was so nice and friendly and we had a nice little chat before I went into the main store! Totally recommend!

After having me bring down one of my ESAs I was told that they are no longer allowed. Now mind you about 80% of the staff kept asking me to bring down. There have also have been a couple of times that the bud tenders gave out wrong information. Taking my business else where along wit 3 other customers.

Chester was very very friendly and amazing when it comes to customer service. He was very respectful and educated on what he was selling. I really didn’t expect a stranger to be so genuine and caring yet Chester came off ass all of the above.

Store was well organized and the service was excellent! Zero wait. Amanda and Nanci were both exceptionally knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find products that fit my needs. Highly recommend!

Been going to this place for 3yrs. Name change and it feel apart. Complete staff change due to a walk out. I mean this should tell you how bad it is. Used to have lines wrapped around the place a now empty. There's no attempt to create a customer relationship with new staff. They look at us patients as the problem and not them. The 2 shift managers i have met make up the dumbest excuses. People are traveling over a half an hour away to avoid this store now. The employees should be embarrassed that work here. Used to get any 1/8 all day long even at $29. Not now. A gram or ounce is what the good stuff comes in. So forget that 1/8 you used to get. So mad at verilife. I want euphoria back and the cool social staff.

I placed two orders on Leafly while working through the night. Got email confirmation order was in. Had to work til 6pm, 12am-6pm we’re the exact hours….. I then drove over 100 miles to pick up my order at Euphoria Wellness and the associate told me sorry that price is not good, it is for one of the products you ordered but not the other. I asked for manager and got one named Vetta, who proceeded to pull up my order on her computer and attempted to try convincing me that 2-1/2oz as a quantity really means 2-1/4=1/2oz! It was the stupidest thing anyone has ever said and truly believed that I’ve heard. I showed them my confirmation email and they blew it off and said no way I was getting that deal. I got angry and said well screw you then, and she had the security guard escort me out. I am confused on what I did wrong in this situation………

I love this dispensary. Their staff are caring individuals who are a pleasure to deal with. And, their curbside pickup is incredibly convenient.

Not only is it conveniently located for me but "all" the staff is exceptional. I wish the prices were a little lower but honestly, they're pretty much par for the area. Also, love the points deal they have!

Lastrally , How funny is it , If you were there then you would know that the manager wanted to fight me also (a patient), and I was going to take him up on that, sure. But then the Barney fife at the door decided to be a hero and draw his weapon on me before anything happened, not one swing happend. Because that all that would of happened. but I did get a gun pulled on me. all I did was complain about seedy medication to a vendor that they gave me the number to and was supposed to help me not get me banned. If a few Unanswered text messages is considered harassment then yes I texted Morgan and tould her how unhappy I was paying 60 for seeds and I received no answer. But one thing I hate is liars. And you are one. Not one customer or anybody did I harrasse after the confrontation .I called the police and made a report and I left. Futher more, I work two stores down in the same shopping center and we run a stellar business and ban nobody and have the reviews to back that up. I do want to say besides the 2 managers who know who they are, My experience overall was very nice at Euphoria and I enjoyed most of the staff and I ALWAYS was a model Patient and treated everyone there with respect a nobody can say otherwise, not even you Lastrally That's why this is a slap in the face , good day sir.

In a busy parking lot, but a much more relaxed environment in the shop. Visit was a Friday evening, it was very busy. My first time visit so I had additional paperwork, but service was prompt and my wait was minimal for the amount of business they had. Staff was super helpful getting necessary documentation on file and made it a very smooth transition into their system. Earned some rewards points, saw a friend working that I haven’t seen in many years - shout out to Cain, really love the shop after first visit. I’m local and they deliver so I have nothing bad to say about the experience or this shop. Product is on point. Purchasing product is prompt. They even allowed me to save my first time patient discount since I got a deal which wasn’t stackable. Great people and the Garlic Cookies were sweeeeet.

I visited Euphoria today and, as always , was greeted by familiar and friendly faces as well as some new! I received excellent patient care and amazing customer service from my wonderful budtender , Emily, who's insights were very informative and who's smile brightened my day! 😁 Emily, you are awesome! Thank you again!! And I can't forgot my dude, David, who has always provided me with the highest level of care and support since day one! whether it be in shop or on one the many home deliveries he has provided me with over the last few years, he has always been kind, thoughtful and informative while providing the kind of customer service that could and should be envied by anyone working in this line of work or any line of work for that matter! David, you are very rad person!! Thank you!! 😎

I have to admit that at first I was impressed with Euphoria and while I still think it has potential I have to seriously question the continued higher prices. when every dispensary has lowered prices I am shocked to still see ounces being sold for $450. Perfect example, an ounce of Pineapple Skunk at Euphoria goes for a whopping $400. I went to Peake Releaf in Rockville and got the same flower for $300 for an ounce before my vet discount. I paid $234 total after the discount. I see no mention of discounts for vets or anything else from any dispensary in the Frederick area. others are doing loyalty points, vet and senior discounts, huge sales. but our dispensaries here? not so much so. it's a shame really, our dispensaries need to step up their game or they won't be around long. I've gone to 5 different dispensaries and I urge you to do the same. the staff here and product knowledge is still tops but we need to work on those prices.

Love the staff! Always super friendly & helpful. The only downside is quantity of grams they have available, they used to keep a bunch in stock, but recently they seem to only have 1-3 types. Other than that love this place!!

Both the guard for the door and the people inside are so nice!! They were happy to explain to me anything I had a question about and they were funny. The prices are good, they have deals, and a large selection.

First of all, major shout out to my budtender Bianca! She was extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations for a new patient like myself. Euphoria is clean and has a pretty awesome selection. Sales were great!!! Highly recommend, but make sure you ask for Bianca!

Coming from Emmitsburg Md, this location is great for me. Very easy to find, not too labeled, but not hidden. Easy, quick in and out located in a shopping center. Staff made it very easy to come in and take my time to get educated and choose which strand was just right for my medical needs. Got the “Sweet Kush” in a concentrated form to use quickly and discreetly being as I’m a full time mother, wife, nurse and need to find a quick way to medicate, with minimal smell. Also got the Half and Half Tea 100MG bottle, LOVE the fact that it has a child proof lid that acts as a medicine measuring cup in ML dosages. The tea is amazing and instead of opening pill bottles every morning for my morning kitchen and coffee routine, I now open the fridge and take a dosage of delicious lemon tea 🙌🏼 What a time to be a live! Bout time MD I’m very excited to see where this new medicating style will take me in life. Pro cannabis! Dump the pills, & Stop the spread of pharmaceutical addictions and over doses! #legalizeit
