Planet 13 Cannabis- Cape Coral

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

Walking into this place basically costs 3.75. I went there for a 13$ 8th that ended up costing me 16.75 because of a "transaction fee"... That's a joke. I could have gone to and will from now on to muv. No transaction fee and for the same price I could have got double the amount at the same percentage. Thank you for charging me to use my money on a script I paid for. You guys are crooks and the staff was "like sorry man, I know that sucks" with a condescending smirk. You guys suck. Will not be back.

The team was awesome! Just a nice group of people working with some high quality cannabis products here. This is my new go-to place now

Expect to spend a long time waiting to be helped, even if there is no line. The staff is painfully unapologetic for lack of customer service and condescending when approached with any concerns or constructive criticism. With so many other options in the area, I would not recommend this dispensary.

Cody R. gave an amazing 1st impression over the phone with his no hassle additude with my minutes before close arrival notice. Alexis O. was amazing however I was greeted by both Cody and Alexis and able to chat as a new patient and gain a feel pretty quickly with their help. As a bud tender myself @ another place I envy the accountability and dedication these individuals have shown. A+ product and team. You've gained a lifelong customer for sure. Keep spreading the love my green team 💚

Bought their tier 1 flower supposed to be the best only 19% and was fluffy and smelled of plant matter like grass clippings. The worst flower I've seen of any dispensary to date! Non refundable too so out on my limit and stuck with literally unsmokable meds. They tried to tell me its good lol. Website states can return unopened but clearly they don't honor that. First and last visit.
