These guys triple charged me and hit me with atm charges for 3 withdraws even though I only spent 50. They got me for $160 on a $53 order. Beware of incompetent employees and just use cash.

People often look to online reviews as an easy, honest, and most importantly, UNBIASED view of the quality of a company’s work and how a company treats its customers. When a company's own employees (AND MANAGEMENT) manipulate online ratings by leaving 5 star reviews for a company they work for? It is known as a "conflict of interest". It really just boils down to “Has the review writer experienced or are they capable of experiencing the same type of service that is provided to the average customer?” If the answer is no, they SHOULD NOT be writing a review for you! It is VERY BAD business ethics and often makes people lose trust in companies that would allow this behavior. I have definitely lost trust in this company after seeing this farce (at more than one location). Being that this a medical program I would like to have 100% trust in the companies that I purchase from...unfortunately actions of this nature have tarnished my trust. I will never shop here again!

Its very nice brand new. Staff are great very knowledgeable. great selection of product. It's a keeper for me!

Vytal options dispensary gave me wrong medication . On Wednesday I went to Lansdale location pharmacy to get my weekly medication , they gave me the wrong medication, not what I ordered and I didn’t notice until I opened the bag at home . Yesterday tried to exchange it as I cannot use what they gave me , was not open, label still intact and had receipt . Was informed that they only exchange defective merchandise and I was out of 80$ . I don’t understand a policy that allows them to dispense medication that is incorrect for the patient but not take it back unless I drop and step on it . I know it’s not the managers fault and they where polite about it but it was they who gave me the wrong meds . Lesson here is always check before leaving the store .

I was driving 20-30 minutes to the closest dispensary before they opened. Now it’s 10 min from my house and in a very nice building in a safe and convenient location. Huge variety of products! The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. I’m very excited about the research they are doing with Penn State, hopefully I can be a part of it!

The budtenders here really know their terps and are extremely helpful. They always have a great selection, good specials, and the people are friendly. If I had ANY criticism, it would be the wait time. Even if no one is ahead of you, it seems to take a very long time for someone to come out and get you. Of course we live in the age of instant gratification and everyone is in a hurry. If they could streamline that just a bit, it would be great. It's really not enough to dock a point, though, because A) not everyone is on my schedule, and B) it's not really that bad. Also, please open up on Monday, or Sunday, or both? Being able to order online after hours would be nice as well. If you could open a location even closer to me, that would be ideal. :)

i have been visiting different dispensaries in my area, and vytal options is definitely my favorite by far! everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is really nice, and the product was amazing !!

Glad to see more easily accessible dispensaries popping up in the area. Clean place with a nice staff and good selection. The girl that helped me out definitely knew her stuff.

Easily the finest dispensary in the Capitol region. Well stocked with many options in every type of medicine. If they do not have it they seem truly sincere about stocking it. I have also found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful on every visit. The location is clean, well lit and inviting. Did I mention their sales? Every week they feature reduced pricing on everything, even items that are popular sellers even at a normal price break. Overall, I have nothing negative to say about this location. Everything is positive. One small suggestion though; when will you be adding Monday's to the schedule?

I love this place I recently got my license And I wanted to be educated on the laws educated and which medical marijuana will work the best for me and which ones to stay away from for your medical conditions.I would recommend this place to anybody.

The manager Matthew, reached out after fully seeing my issue and he made things right. He was apologetic to the fullest. They honored the error on the website and I am pleased with that! At the end of the day someone who chooses to do the right thing is good by me! Thank you to everyone! I appreciate it!

What a nice place! Plenty of great RSOs and distillates. The people are super friendly and interested in cannabis, which is what I look for. This place checks all the boxes, and is closer to boot!
