Went in for the first because I had heard good things. Turns out they were true. Great atmosphere, great deals, great staff. Alex helped me out, friendly & knowledgable. 5/5

Love the down to earth vibes y'all hit it out of the park with the great customer service Brad and Shawn provided. Brad was able to answer all my questions. They dont give budtenders enough credit. Went in to relieve stress and boy after I got home....thanks Brad

Went in to try to find a nice daytime cartridge, ended up talking with Brad and Aspen and learning more about the differences in quality of the carts and even got a recommendation for a microscope I didn't know I was lookin' for until it came up! Thanks y'all! - 10/10 Would Do It Again (Felt a LOT more genuine/ less sales-pitch-ey than the some of the other shops I've been to)

This place is my favorite in the Walla Walla/Pendleton area. The owner is an excellent person with consciousness to product quality. Every employee has been genuine and attentive. Brad is an excellent help--he's the one I've dealt mostly with but I've engaged with other employees and the owner, whose name slips my mind now, but she's great. Overall I feel this is what dispensaries should be. Very highly recommend this shop.

This is the only dispensary we go to in Walla Walla. The Cpt. has tried all the others, but this one gets our business. Great staff, good selection, and we love the vibe of the shop. The only thing that we'd love more would be a small lounge area to read about the products and companies (just an idea). Alex has been our go-to budtender whenever we stop in. Always great information and conversation. It's not unusual to hear one of us say, "We can just ask Alex the next time we go." whenever we can't seem to find an answer on something cannabis-related. We definitely appreciate the connection with the customer that Alex has.

my absolute favorite weed shop in town. Very professional atmosphere, great bud tenders who can answer any question and give great recommendations. I am NEVER disappointed in the selection or product they offer. I really love the staff and owners here. It's not the largest shop in town, although is truly the best in town. Also...they have the best logo.

I made a point of visiting WWCC because of the 20% off concentrates sale. The selection was really good. I worked with Mikaela to figure out which products best suited my medical needs. It was a great experience & I’ll definitely shop here whenever I’m in town.

My favorite store in the area. Awesome customer service and has a variety to fit any budget. Medical staff is a wealth of knowledge and are always ready to answer questions via phone or in person. I recommend anything from Kiona if you're a bud connoisseur.

Every time I show up at the WWCC store I am pleasantly welcomed as if I am the most important person that ever walked through the door. And I have never been disappointed by what WWCC has available. Specifically the Pearl battery was a revelation to me with its different modes. My favorite is the "auto" mode where I don't have guess when to let go of the battery button. Plus the Pearl Pine Tsunami cartridge was very beneficial with its high percentage of CBD and low percentage of THC. I hope WWCC and Pearl are healthy and continue the business relationship. Thanks! Moved back from the West side and they carry my go to brands. Recently tried Eagle Trees, a recommendation from one of their budtenders and I was not dissatisfied...got much needed R&R and it’s been added to my list of favorites along with Cannasol, Soulshine and Bodhi High! It’s a treat to shop here every time! I love this place so much I’ll be bringing my nana in to get something for her pain and appetite.

I'm a war vet who uses marijuana recreationally and medicinally. I experienced extremely poor customer service here. I used to love this place. I have come here since they opened and bought about four ounces a month. I will never go back again because of how I was treated today. My wife and I were the only ones in the store, two employees were talking at the other end of the counter as I looked over their menu. A few minutes later the older blonde employee started over and I asked to see some specific product. She told me she needed to see my ID, which was on the counter already. I pointed this out and tried to be polite about asking her again to get the weed to look at. She went back to retrieve the product and came back with half of what I had asked for. I asked to see another bag of the same weed to compare and she took the bag I was looking at out of my hands, and took the bag I had already chosen to purchase. I asked her to please leave the weed because I was ready for my wife to buy it. She talked down to me telling me the rules of one ounce per person in a very rude manner: she made a ticking baby voice. I responded by letting her know that that ounce of weed is for my wife to buy. I will be buying the other ounce I'm picking. I'd rather not have the product I chose get mixed up. My brain damage makes keeping track of things kinda hard. She walked off and brought back the originally requested amount of weed I wanted. As she checked my wife out, she sarcastically thanked me for doing a good job helping her do her job. I told her that this was the worst service I have ever had there. I'm glad there are more options than dealing with these people.
