the kid working in there needs to learn how to deal with customers. he is rude to customers I like the store he shouldn't have the job if he don't want to deal with the customers

I visited the Hernando Wyze this past Thursday, 1/4 for the first and LAST time. There were two men working, one was kind of tall with dark hair and one was shorter with a dark ball cap on. The taller gentlemen was nice enough but the other gentleman was rude and not very helpful at all. I had carted some flower and gummies and was told rather rudely (and incorrectly) that “everyone” was out of gummies due to the hold on products. I purchased the flower I had carted and left. Kind of funny that I found gummies at another store in Hernando and received excellent service there. I wanted to try Wyze but after my first visit, I definitely won’t be back. Maybe y’all should visit the OTHER store and see how to treat customers.

One piece of advice. Get your visitor card for west Memphis. You will thank me later. These guys were just thrown to the wolves last year with zero training. Some don’t see it, but it is obvious to me. It’s NOT their fault either. It’s the owner’s. I went in to the Olive Branch Store months before Hernando opened early last year. The staff didn’t even know how to pronounce the basic word “cannabinoid”. And both of the guys still didn’t when transferred to Hernando. I asked. Get your visitor card for Arkansas.Uou will have to renew it, but it’s worth it. West Memphis prices are a lot cheaper and the staff actually knows what they are doing. There are 3 stores. Very nice stores at that. . Im retired and on disability. I think Im still making the correct decision as far as my pocketbook and the knowledge I have access to. Not to mention, the products are top notch. Overall, Arkansas is ran totally different than Mississippi. And their quantity as cake is better as well.

A great place that won’t let you pick up your online order when the store is Still Open and the open signs still on!

the first thing I noticed on my first visit was the floor 😂 it's real nice the staff is very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. the store is clean and very modern. 10/10 would recommend.

The atmosphere and the people are contrary, the location is good. Another words it’s like going to a restaurant and being served a crappy meal with good tea. Now ya know.

One of my favorite dispensaries out of all in desoto county (and yes these locally owned guys have 4 now for anyone who didn’t know!!) every time I go the staff is always so much fun to be around. They always are super helpful with picking products for my specific needs. I love to visit all dispensaries but find myself in these guys place more than 99% of the time. Their rewards system is outstanding also, if you haven’t been by even if it’s just for one time I’d highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

They have a really good selection, had a little bit of everything is what it seemed like! I was able to find what I wanted and actually learned a couple new things while I was there. Great people in there!
