Well I went this wyze today. Got 4 units. 1st off I didn't like the customer service by Brandon the manager was very quick and just go and make a sale. I came home, mind yall I don't every hardly weigh my medication, but I did today. And the two were off by a.6. When it was a 3.5g bag. Haha. It weighed in at 2.8g. Plus there sale on you buy 2 units and get your 3rd for 50%off, is a joke because I didn't get it. If you want a good place to go to GET GREAT SERVICE AND FEEL LIKE YOU MATTER.. DABBS IN OLIVE BRANCH OR TO THE OTHER WYZE ON GOODMAN AND 51-HIGHWAY..

This location of Wyze is exemplary in every way. Brandon and Catherine consistently provide excellence in service. They take the time to explain the different benefits of each product. They've been extraordinarily helpful to me and have changed my life. Literally. Great location, plentiful supplies and super staff all combine to make this location a must..

Back when Brandon (aka. Squidward Tentacles the Budtender) was here this was a terrible place to shop. Now that he is gone, I would shop here for sure! It could improve in product selection slightly, such as the presence of SOG, but I generally like the new vibes. The place when I visited wasn’t super super clean or well kept, however they just swapped management and they ensured the place was still being set up with the transition of management.

They usually have the product I want in stock and the location is good.

I visited the Hernando Wyze this past Thursday, 1/4 for the first and LAST time. There were two men working, one was kind of tall with dark hair and one was shorter with a dark ball cap on. The taller gentlemen was nice enough but the other gentleman was rude and not very helpful at all. I had carted some flower and gummies and was told rather rudely (and incorrectly) that “everyone” was out of gummies due to the hold on products. I purchased the flower I had carted and left. Kind of funny that I found gummies at another store in Hernando and received excellent service there. I wanted to try Wyze but after my first visit, I definitely won’t be back. Maybe y’all should visit the OTHER store and see how to treat customers.

The atmosphere and the people are contrary, the location is good. Another words it’s like going to a restaurant and being served a crappy meal with good tea. Now ya know.

One of my favorite dispensaries out of all in desoto county (and yes these locally owned guys have 4 now for anyone who didn’t know!!) every time I go the staff is always so much fun to be around. They always are super helpful with picking products for my specific needs. I love to visit all dispensaries but find myself in these guys place more than 99% of the time. Their rewards system is outstanding also, if you haven’t been by even if it’s just for one time I’d highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

the kid working in there needs to learn how to deal with customers. he is rude to customers I like the store he shouldn't have the job if he don't want to deal with the customers
