thuggish atmosphere...asked for shatter and was given carts and they refused to trade them even though i brought them directly back into the store. i am a veteran and i am letting all my vet brothers know that they pulled the switch on me BEWARE AND SHOP ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE
