Xtracts by Organtica

The customer service was okay, the storefront seemed oversized with lots of open space. Not the most appealing layout. I was underwhelmed by the concentrate & cartridge pricing/selection for a shop that holds a name leading consumers to believe they specialize in extracts and concentrates. I enrolled in their customer program to get 20% off 1st purchase, wich certainly helped. Still the cartridge selection seemed pricey & so did the concentrates. During my visit I didnt see any "Xtracts"that blew me away. Customers shouldn't have "seek out" promotional hours, or dates to get a fair deal.

Love the edible and concentrate selection. Great customer service!
