Zen Leaf - Elizabeth (Med/Rec)

This was my first time in a dispensary and they helped me feel welcomed and encouraged me to be comfortable. Everyone was very polite and professional, which made the experience even better and fast.

There are several legit dispensaries in Queens now, but this one is so good, the people so wonderfully knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and all the good things, and they have such amazing discounts, that sometimes I just have to jump in my old Camry, turn up my music, and take the Verrazano to Jersey! It doesn’t hurt that I love to drive, of course. If you know what you want, and see it on the website, it’s a good idea to order in advance (pay when you arrive), because it might be gone by the time you arrive. If not, you can describe exactly what you are looking for and ask all the questions and pretty much guaranteed anyone there can answer them all or find out for you, and do it with a smile. Never met a person in a bad mood, the clientele is so diverse (gotta love how weed brings us together!), just try it! The ONLY downside is there’s no bathroom, but they’ll always tell you the grocery store next door has one, or if you’re a wuss like me who doesn’t want to ask, there’s a McDs down the street. :)

Easy fast transaction great medicine and staff is great it’s pricey but it’s worth that good quality bud, it’s a very nice environment spacey if you ask me either way fantastic will be coming again 😃

BEWARE!!!!! I purchased 4 1/8ths of medical flower. My mistake not to check the jars before I left, but I definitely recommend doing so or having them weigh it out IN FRONT of you. I spent $70 on a 1/8th which was shorted. They did absolutely nothing other than call me a liar. I'm out, but I want to warn others before you go here make sure you are getting what you pay for!

TAINTED PRODUCT!!! AVOID!!!! Avoid this place had to go back 3 times because of open seals on the product finally received an unopened seal and untainted product (see pics) on my third REvisit within an hour (All the same strain??SMH DEFINITELY NOT AND DEFINITELY TAINTED, LESS QUALITY PRODUCT IN THE 2 ORIGINAL JARS I TRIED TO RETURN. Called customer service they were polite but sent me false/fake contact info to contact the agent back after my third trip, fake number and still no reply to the email I sent. My friends and I have really loved this place since Day #1 when we waited in some long lines patiently with other folks who were friendly. Now each time I go I am in and out as there is never a line outside the door when I go and usually someone helps me right away. I trust their clerks and employees as I've had some recommendations that were really wonderful, I personally really enjoyed the Gas Powered Cake & Slapz but within only a week they sold out the rest and I had to grab a few different things which I am hopeful and know will be wonderful. I see no reasons to take stars away from them, they always have something for me and I honestly keep forgetting they recently added Extracts (shatter/wax) to their menu on top of some other things like Tinctures and smaller sized bags of edible lozenges. Yes we all know and agree the prices are a bit high but that is just like every dispensary.. I think their prices will drop a bit as more local shops are opening. Either way I'm just glad I can finally cut off Johnny on the Corner and go somewhere SAFE, RELIABLE, and CONVINIENT. Thanks!

Options and quality is pretty great for one of the first Rec Dispensaries in the general area. Lines are long but moves super quick. Enough options to hold me over until more pops off! People have to remember this is very early, and just the beginning! Great service.

My first experience was very satisfying , I felt like a kid in a candy store. With an Apple Store atmosphere the staff are very informative and helpful.

I had the pleasure of going to Zen Leaf in Elizabeth NJ today. I really enjoyed it. First the way it is set up. If you are a first time patient they have a couple of quick forms to fill out. The employees handling that were professional & friendly. They buzzed me right in after handing in everything. The set up & ambiance of the store is awesome. The decor, the lighting, the music, the TV'S really create a chill vibe. The budtenders were extremely friendly, professional & very helpful. I didn't realize you get a 20% discount. I had already placed a small order online. Boy did I add on. While it being a Monday & their selection wasn't huge I picked up a 1/4 each of G6 & Sunny G along with 2 pre rolls of G6 along with mango tincture, watermelon lozenges & 2 carts of Zercules. I have had the G6 only in pre roll so I can't wait to try the flower. I have a fantastic buzz on right now off of 1 pre roll. Again the Budtender was very pleasant & helpful. For me getting there was easy & no hassle. It is about 5 minutes from Newark Airport. It is 15 minutes from GSD Union so it will be nice to have the second easy option open for me. Again I can't say enough good things about Zen Leaf, the staff & experience.

Verano products are superior imo. The customer service is top notch. I had an issue with a leaking cart. DESTINY @ the Elizabeth location was super helpful and took care of it right away for me! Thank you DESTINY! A+ budtender!!

Can I just say how much they have improved since they 1st opened. Their products are great and they have a good variety of products. I went there today and spoke to a representative named Omari and and he was fantastic. I explained to him what I needed he recommended some excellent products for me. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and I will definitely return When I need more

Had a great time today went in unsure of what I wanted cartridge wise left with some fire recommendations from trey on some really heavy hitting strains. Definitely my #1 place from now on, love you can just walk in anytime.
