I didn't know buying greenery could be such a pleasant experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Jordan and the young lady at the front reception were both friendly,inviting, courteous and social. I never felt rushed or like they just wanted to turn a buck since Jordan took the time to show me several strains and we chatted about the type of high I was looking for. The deals and offers are fantastic and all 3 Strains Peanut Butter Souffle, Day Tripper and Grape Gasoline all SMACKED HARD. 100% Would Fux with them again 💪🏾🔥❤️

THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR AN ORDER THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE! firstly, they can't decide whether or not the aeropay name has to match the name on the order. i've had them say no, then immediately turn around and a second person say yes in the same transaction. this time, they not only said no, but told me it's illegal (it's not). this is extremely LGBT unfriendly behavior for the many trans people who have mismatching names, btw. so not only did they refuse to give me the product, but THEY STILL APPROVED THE AEROPAY TRANSACTION despite telling me they denied it! the charge is on my bank account right now, days later! if i didn't check, i never would have known. now i have to dispute this. zero product, but they get my money? and they claim this policy is so you can't defraud them by disputing the charge and saying you didn't make it. so they go ahead and do that themselves by making charges for orders they don't complete. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Submitted an delivery order at 7:35pm, after 40 minutes of it not being confirmed I called in, they close at 9pm so I wanted to make sure it was sent. The lady in the phone confirmed and I waited. At 9:15pm they send an email declining my order and said to call in. Even though they closed at 9pm. I would have rather gotten the refusal instantly so I could shop elsewhere, instead Zen gave me the runaround and wasted my time!

LIARS! I reached out to their call center that is in Florida to ask a question about BULK. The rep informed me they stopped selling bulk awhile ago. The rep completely lied because bulk is on sale for 35% today. The rep’s are constantly lying to guest. This company is trash!!

Love Zen Leaf Flamingo. They weigh out weed on the spot right in front of you. Only place I've been to in Vegas so far that does. The Encore edibles are F-I-R-E-E-E-E-E btw ;-)

Their tracking of grams is way off. They were telling me as a medical that I was trying to purchase over 108 grams when all I grabbed was 28 grams Savvy flower, 4 grams of Verano, 6 grams of Stizzy live resin with two syringes of 1 gram of RSO. They claimed it was 108 grams. Clearly you do the math. Also, they only accept cash, and their ATM max limit is 200$ so if you’re getting anything over and you didn’t bring cash, their recommendation is to process twice on the atm which already has a 3.50 surcharge. Some older chick that was the budtender, longer brown hair that reminds me of some hood rat from East LA says “that’s our ATM.” Like that’s their only comment. I wasn’t even able to leave with no more than 30 grams but the receipt I received says I have 48 grams. Lmao what’s wrong with your tracking and trace system. Someone who also has METRC experience from two states as an inventory manager, this was humiliating to watch them go through. Never going back again.
