I live in the city but have been to the ZenLeaf Naperville location multiple times. I have never been in there for more than 10 minutes and the prices and rewards I have received here beat anywhere else I have been and I am a medical patient that has been to many dispensaries all over the city, suburbs and other states. The selection covers a wide variety of strains and types and they have always been stocked from my experience. The service has always been superb and the staff has gone out of their way to let me know if I qualify for any deals or promotions, etc.. ZenLeaf (Naperville, specifically) is up there with the best.

I recently bought some product at their store the product did not operate correctly you could not extract the oil from the tube when I called to find out what they could do about it I was put on hold for 30 minutes I had to call on another line to get ahold of somebody and then they told me I was bothering them so I spent $85 for nothing and I was told to stop bothering them

Great service, even better people, they really make you feel at home. I’ve been there only twice and both times I’ve been helped by a very helpful guy Thomas Is very nice and super friendly, definitely will becoming back to this location a lot!!!

This location is a bit out of my way compared to other dispensaries (even other ZL locations!!) but I gladly drive the few extra miles for the service and quality that I get every time I go in. Erin and Vanessa have been especially lovely, and we all agree that the 1 gram Bedford Grow jars are cute enough to buy on their own!! The rewards are also a great perk!!

Sold me an empty Ozone cart. Called store IMMEDIATELY when i got home.
Filled out paperwork. Took video and photos. Copied receipts.
They offered me "15% my next purchase".
I was a frequent customer here... I'll never shop here again. And I'll never buy another Ozone product.

Worst dispensary in Chicago. Very rude. Didn't sell me what I ordered and then wouldn't replace it. I was a loyal customer who had earned over 2100 points and was refused service when I tried to use them. They are 5 dispensaries within 10 minutes. Go somewhere else

This was the best Dispensary I've ever gone too. And they are sitting on possibly the BEST STRAIN I've had since Velvet Glove #4 at 36% total THCA. Its called DawGMO cookies by Verano please leave them all for me. Lol fantastic Indica even at 28% it kicked my butt and I'm a 30 yr grower & smoker. Well done Verano.
