The person I spoke to just looked at my notes from last year. I'm 66 and have osteoporosis so it was a no trainer for me. Thank you VA mm for not making me jump through a bunch of hoops.

I just started the more natural way of doing things after years of prescriptions and am getting away from that. My children and other medical professionals urged me to try this. The NP was kind and courteous and I was approved.
I received in my email immediately a copy of everything and my name was backwards....I called the number back, they fixed it and gave me the number of the other portion and that gentleman was kind and professional and I received in my email immediately the corrected copy.
I appreciate the non-judgement. I live in chronic pain and nausea and just want a better quality of life.

Yesterday was the renewal call for my Virginia Medical Marijuana Certificate/License. I was shocked that I was offered so many ways to communicate with the Team who sent both texts and emails. If anything, they sent too many but more comms are better than no comms!
Every staff member I spoke with was extremely pleasant and kind. They used my first name which I prefer and were genuinely interested in how MM products help me. The Rep I spoke with was not just there to check a box or hurry thru the video call. I do wish they'd come on camera too since I'm required to but that's no big deal since she sent me the new certificate immediately while on the call. She stayed on so I could confirm it arrived via email.
Hopefully "they" will figure out the benefits of MM outweigh the risks and make it recreational everywhere. However, I do prefer the prescription type of environment which feels more individualized and they make you feel special.

Dispensary is attractive, clean, very nice. The staff very helpful with us older people who are not ‘420’ savvy’.

I renewed my medical marajuana certification. The meeting was a pleasant experience. The nurse practitioner was friendly and professional. I within minutes afterward via email received my approval. I loved the digital card. I screened shot it and I'm ready to go. I also liked that my written certification was sent immediately so I can print it out if nessesary. Positive experience!!

Communications were timely. Information sharing excelled in managing my expectations. And the interviewer was knowledgeable and thorough in answering my questions.

I have not been to a dispensary yet, but my over all experience to this point has been great. The medical person that I spoke with and helped me was great. (Dr. Hull). She explained every question I had and was greatly concerned that I understood everything up to that point.

My renewal, like my initial, visit went great! My only suggestion, and I did speak with someone (who was also very nice and helpful) at Cannabis Control -- I was unable to download the PDF for my certificate..it only showed the left side margin. Was told that there is a recognized glitch in the system, that I can use the email with the attachments. That works OK. And tge people at Lynchburg Dispensary put that email in the system. But I like having the certificate.

Tele-med consultation went just as the customer support and emails had explained.
I was at a lost to find a dispensary and use the newly acquired license, but within 24 hrs after I received the links to both physical and digital cards another email arrived providing info on where and how to shop for legal medical marijuana for either pickup or home delivery. Needless to say, I am a very excited as I expect my products at my front door tomorrow morning. Thank you!

Good afternoon. I had my appointment and was told I would be receiving my card via email as soon as the call was over. That was Friday afternoon and I have not received anything yet. I want my card or a full refund.

Everything was quick and efficient. The woman I spoke to was very professional, thorough, and friendly. My card came to me immediately in my email after I was approved and my appointment ended. Also, I have actually had an opportunity to try one product from the dispensary as I was gifted it as a wedding present last year. The process to obtain the card is definitely worth it.

I set up an appointment for my renewal. I have had my card for one year.
My initial appointment was with a doctor and had a good 10 minute conversation. The renewal was with a NP and I didn't realize I wouldn't be talking with a doctor. Really didn't take the time to explain the process. The appointment lasted just a few minutes.
Definitely easy to renew but didn't feel like my questions were answered. This industry needs to align more with medical professionals if it is going to really help patience.

I had a fantastic experience. I did everything on my phone including my intake interview. Had my digital card within seconds of completing my appointment with the doctor. I was able to immediately reach out to a dispensary and picked up my first order within 5 hours of receiving my digital card. I would recommend this to any Virginia resident who is serious about becoming part of the medical marijuana community

I made contact by phone and they sent me over some forms to fill out by email. This was quick and easy and the staff was very nice and helpful. They immediately got set up with an appointment to speak with a PA. This was done by zoom in my own house and the interview took only a few minutes, and as soon as I was done I had an email with my signed papers back and a dispensary card. This was all done electronically, very quick and painless. I can head right down to the dispensary and speak with the staff and pick out exactly what I want.

She was very professional and knowledgeable about cannabis. I was comfortable and relaxed. My appointment Wednesday at 3:20pm,received my email. Went to the nearest dispensary on Friday. They have good customer service I was very satisfied.

I had my renewal yesterday, no issues. My CNA was a smooth operator on the phone. She was ideally qualified so I was happy to go through it. I don't like that I have to renew every year but if that's what it takes it's all good.
Listen folks, this is serious to know.
On the street, it's possible to purchase fentyl lace Mary Jane. You will not know. No smell or anything, BUT, as my cousin has stated to me fm NC (NOT LEGAL), 6 people have died by purchasing and using laced Marijuana. Buyers beware. We are at the right place folks. Be thankful.
