I met with the nurse practitioner, Ms. Seabrook. My appointment was for 9am. She came on the telehealth call around 9:15 or so. Later, I read in the follow-up info that the appointment was at 9:20am. Not a big deal; perhaps they just want you to arrive early kind of like at a physical office. Nurse practitioner asked what issues I was seeking help with. She also asked if I'd ever used mari before... maybe asking if I'd used it for pain before??? She was polite, courteous, and didn't lollygag around - straight forward and to the point. I received my follow-up information containing my certification for the use of the products shortly after the telehealth appointment. I had no issues other than the unexpected wait at the beginning of the appointment, but even that was not a big deal... just something to be aware of.

My experience was just great. I had no problem with paperwork or payment processes. The telemedicine appointment went smoothly with no issues or problems. To who it may concern: Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. See you next year😎

My experience with the Provider and the intake staff was Phenomenal, quick, and easy. Went to the website, on Thursday, scheduled my appoint completed my intake form and paid. I received my certification on Tuesday. Went to the dispensary the same day, the staff at the dispensary staff were professional, knowledgeable, proficient and friendly. They explained the different strains of the medication available and will assist you based on your personal needs.

My provider was early for my appointment and was super professional and kind. All the questions she asked didn't seem intrusive or rude and she answered any questions that i may have. I was nervous before my appointment, but my provider was comforting and reassuring throughout the process!

Virginia Marijuana Card is a wonderful organization that wants to help you to manage your condition. The physicians are considerate, they listen to the symptoms you are experiencing, and they try to help. The telemedicine is a convenient feature and helps with the angst we sometimes experience before a medical appointment. I appreciate this organization.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. I was having technical issues on my end during registration so I called for assistance and I was helped immediately. I had my interview and was approved. Within a few days my certification email came through. I had to call and request it be resent. Again the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and very pleasant, within 30 minutes I had my certificate.

The nurse practitioner was professional and friendly. Both of us had technical difficulties with the online interface, but once these were overcome, the interview went quickly. Got my digned certificate the same day. Card no longer needed—I can use the $50 card fee to purchase cannabis!

This was my third visit with a medical provider at Virginia Marijuana Card (original certification and two renewals). Each time I have been able to arrange a convenient virtual appointment, the provider has been professional and courteous and I have received my certification document via email immediately after the appointment. I would recommend the service to anyone. I will caution folx - the service that is provided is the medical approval required to use medical marijuana in Virginia...this company does NOT file for your Cannabis card - after you receive your certification you have to apply for the card yourself. From the other reviews I've read it sounds as if other folx think that this company will file the application with the state pharmacy board for you - this is not true...don't be confused.
