Honestly, I’m not sure why this is hard to write. Maybe because it didn’t feel like a health visit? What I experienced was very comforting. I wasn’t made to feel like I’m just like everyone else or I’m going through what everybody goes through. It was very personal, I was heard and understood. I think I may make more appointments as they offer arrange of care.

Did the whole process via telemedicine from the comfort of my own home. Staff was friendly and informative in all the proper steps needed to be done to receive a card. 5/5 would recommend. -Veteran
