I did a curbside pickup and didn't go inside so can't vouch for the indoor atmosphere but my first experience here was great. Placed order online and was texted 5 minutes later that the order was ready. Only had to wait outside for a minute or two before an employee assisted me with getting my order. Everyone was extremely polite (even the security guards) so I still gave 5 stars for atmosphere. I was back in my car within 5 minutes. Best of all, they offer a military discount which is outstanding.
It's worth mentioning that I had a question prior to placing my order and sent an email to their general email address (contact@lume.com) and received a response within minutes.
