Used to shop here a lot, but the service and inventory has been slowly going downhill for a whole now. Most of the good budtenders are gone, and I have not found a new one that I like, and they have been out of all my favorite products every time I go in

Great selection and great service, the staff is friendly and helpful, industry discount is only 10%???? Not very friendly for anyone in the industry, we can go literally anywhere else and get a better discount, even TreeHouse does more than that! I'll come back when the i.d. is more grower friendly, we don't make as much as bud tenders!

There's always a ridiculous number of staffers out on the floor, you can't walk around for more than 30 seconds without someone asking if you've been helped, it's irritating. There's also a completely different staff every time you go in so don't get attached to your budtender. Though they carry a lot of different brands, they carry a very limited selection of each unless it's phat panda or Kouchlock 🤢🤢🤢. The Leafly menu is never up to date and they have a tendency to be out of stuff, it might do in a pinch, but I'm not impressed at all.

I went in for some joints, the girl at the counter asked me my preferences. I told her I prefer packages with two half grams and told her my two favorite brands. She then offers me a brand I had never heard of before and showed me a selection. Not wanting to be rude I chose one package and asked about one of the other brands I had mentioned and got one of their packages. When I got home and opened the package from this new brand, it was one full gram joint. Completely the opposite of what I had told her. I'm sure it was to meet some sales quota, but when a customer comes in and tells you what they like/want don't, give them the exact opposite! Not chill.

Best shop in town! Excellent service and recommendations. Greg vibe, very comfortable. Budtenders really know their stuff and aren't stoned stupid. And they carry the best product in town. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu!
