This is my least favorite dispensary in the state of IL. They request that you order ahead, but they do not actually save your order. You could show up thirty minutes after ordering online and they will tell you it’s gone. Medical patients are not prioritized at all. They will call recreational people up to order before a medical patient even though they say you will be “prioritized”. You will be waiting in line at this place no matter the time. This place is solely about profit- the prices are higher than in Chicago for the exact same product, but this isn’t surprising since they’re owned by Cresco! Workers will stand around chatting with each other instead of helping with the giant lines of people, and most aren’t knowledgeable when you ask questions. Product consistency is also bad, but this is Cresco as a whole. This place does look nice now that they updated the layout, but you still can’t see your actually product before buying it. Overall, if you want the Walmart of weed with poor service, this is the place for you.

This is my preferred medical dispensary in the Rockford area, but there is only one other option anyways. I very rarely have to wait here- the only time I saw a line for medical was on 4/20. I like that they will actually reserve the products in your order right away and keep it set aside for a day, unlike their local competitor. The workers are friendly and tend to be knowledgeable. However, they have a very poor selection. They normally have 15 flower/concentrate options available for medical, and they put different items on the med and recreational menu. It’s tedious to place an order on the rec and medical side- why not just duplicate anything on rec over to the med menu? They also seem to buy a lot more Indica than Sativa.
