Quality is still the best in AZ, however you guys grow the dumbest strains ever now. way too much recreational weed, what happened to all the medicinal stuff? come on, you guys are better than this and honestly you're just disrespecting the patients all over AZ. Competition is what this industry needs, not sure why you guys started cutting corners & dropped off. Sad but whatever. Lost a very loyal patient.

My first visit here was great, stopped in to grab some Hash from The Inventing Room and got a free gram with their BOGO/First time patient special. I believe Brandon was my budtender, great customer service and although a new product on their shelves they knew their stuff about it already. I know what I'm shopping for but I could tell they have knowledgeable budtenders for those who need the guidance. Also gotta say the ladies at the front desk were extremely up beat and looked happy to be working there. Nice warm welcome on the first visit. Look forward to going back and highly recommend this place.

Apparently my review never posted which is too bad because Nature's Medicine is one of, if not my new go to. My budtender was Alex and he was real knowledgeable and helpful. Nice and clean waiting room and even when you go back to the meds, it's a clean layout. Love that it's home of Phoenix Cannabis Co too! Definitely recommend this place, much love!
