I called Trulieve today and spoke with Star in customer service. I received stellar customer service. She went above and beyond for me. She was personable and professional. Apologetic for my previous service at Tyrone Trulieve location which was horrible. I really enjoyed speaking with her. She deserves more than a mere shout out. Trulieve, you're a huge factor in the Cannabis world. You can afford to give ALL of your star employees a little something extra. Your employees in the dispensary ALL take home tips daily. I've seen those tips...it's not chump change even if it's being split. Shouldn't your customer service reps be equally rewarded? I think so.
