If you are going to a dispensary for the first time, this is the one to start with. The building is perfect and u can feel an exciting buzz in the air the second u walk in. They greet u with a menu the second u go in and ask if you have been there before. U can wait in line and order with bud tender or sit on couches & hand an order form to a runner. Great selection & top notch knowledge from entire staff. I've never been to another dispensary where everyone is so happy to be there. Well done, the gold standard in Mass. Now if they could open another one south of Boston, I'd never go any where else.

Most of the staff is fantastic, every once in a while u get someone who seems like they couldn't be bothered. The flower is high quality, but they run out quick. I'd call b4 if u r going for a certain strain. I don't like the waiting area to get in to the dispensary, I don't see the point? You don't know how many people r in there, how many budtenders are working & it makes the wait time unpredictable.

The product is always top notch. The flower is outstanding, Scot's OG is the best I've had at any of the dispensaries around. The budtender's are very nice & knowledgeable. Only critique is I Wish they would utilize the space in the dispensary better. When you're in line there's nothing to keep u busy. They should have menus u could look at while in line. Maybe some couches and give out numbers, it would make the wait, when it's busy, more sociable and might help selling accessories. When it is busy, by the time ur at counter you don't want to slow everyone down by taking a gander at the accessories.
