Poorly run, unprofessional, and unreliable. Been a weekly medical customer for a couple years now; due to a vehicle issue, my medical order from 6/30 was canceled, and the ONLY option given as a rescheduled delivery time was the afternoon on 7/4; yes, my medical order for the holiday was only offered as an option for 4 July, meaning that all of the recreational customers got their orders before I did, not to mention apparently they expected me to stay around this weekend so I could pick up the medicine that I ordered previously. Apparently that’s just how the medical patients get treated, and being a loyal repeat customer means absolutely nothing to NETA. Couldn’t be more disappointed, especially since I really only used them for convenience, and they have become anything but convenient.

I received my delivery order from NETA in Brookline and I want to thank Mark and Preston for going the extra mile to make sure I received my order. You guys are awesome.
Ordered deliver. They delivered! A little goes a looooooong way with those HEIGHTS chocolate bars. You don’t want to have a whole square. Maybe half of a square cause when it hits IT HITs lol loved it.
