They are always very friendly and polite. They make you feel welcome and have extreme patience when it comes to questions. I actually made the switch to medical as my doctor suggested and I have to my first medical purchase was a great..Noel was fantastic and though I felt a bit odd buying so much.. flower, pre-rolled, wax, budder, disposable pens, RSO.....over a grand but 1st time medical purchse gets 30% off so you know --- had to make the most of it. It is bit further than the one that's practically around the corner but the staff and selection make it worth it
