They misrepresented the product, it wasn't as described online when I looked in the bag. I called and spoke to Jack, he was no help at all. He told me regardless of what they give you (even an item not as described) When you open it, you can't return it. My questions are, How will you know you didn't get what you ordered if you don't look inside? And the description online don't match the product received? The product has never been the quality like I recently received, and the same could be said about the customer service. Time to look elsewhere for my products moving forward when customer service starts to become a problem.

Yeah I have a problem with trim I received, because it wasn't trim at all. When did trim become fine ground? I ordered trim, and got Dust!. I call that misleading.
I wrote my initial review because, instead of Jack trying to help, he chose to go over store policy with total disregard to why I called. After our conversation I tried 2 times to call back to speak with someone else, and no one answered the phone(7:30pm). I don't know what you were told, but no one tried to contact me from you management staff after I spoke to Jack. I called yesterday, as per your reply, and was put on hold for five minutes, so I hung up. I don't intend on calling back, and if someone said they tried to call me back after I was kept on hold, that would also be a non truth.
