It’s overrated and overpriced for their crappie flower. The Budtender had no knowledge of the products and no clue of the current promotions. Plus they don’t honor medical patients. It sucks there. I won’t be returning ever.

This location is in the heart of the most drug/crime infested area of Phoenix; it’s known as ‘The Blade’. To make matters worse, their customer service skills are terrible. They do not keep their products up to date through the leafly online tool, when I arrived, the budtender (manager) told me they “sold out”. When I complained to another manager, she told me they didn’t even carry the item that was being promoted on leafly. I won’t ever go back to this dispensary and I don’t recommend it.

Although HWC is going through renovations, the service is great! Ordering online is easy, checking in is quick and budtenders are speedy and most importantly friendly. Overall great service! I am completely satisfied with their service. Thank you. La Republicana
