I am going to share an experience because I am definitely a connoisseur of fine tasting buds and cool hospitality which is something I definitely found a jars today. I placed my order online about 2:00 p.m. went in sailing through one person in front of me my feet didn't even stop before the gentleman said I'll take two went to the window and got my excellent $15 8th of an ounce nothing but smiles all the way thank you goodbyes come again all the good stuff. Since Leafly probably represents all companies and nobody all at once I love that attitude I've decided to share my experience with Arizona Organics yesterday right here on Leafly I have to be honest it really saddened me because I'm an OG I was one of the first hundred patients in Arizona Organics in 2012 and I was loyal to them for a while because let's face it they were the first after saving my points for months more like a good year or two ready to cash them in I go in and Everything's changed they no longer take points and mine just poofed in the Wind like a bad homegrown doobie from the 90's. So I started spreading myself checking out new dispensaries as they popped up all over the valley still coming back to good old OG Arizona Organics and now they started up the new point system and now they got a new building awesome well I was stoked now after a few years of rough living I had accumulated some points but they were spread out with a different couple phone numbers and emails so on February 1st I went into Organics ask for supervisor ask him if he could combine all my points so I can cash them in wrote down all three emails all three phone numbers he apologized that I couldn't use my points that day but will get back to me very soon in a couple of days so I inquire a couple weeks later no call back so now I go in and I'm a little upset but I meet this really cool dude that I recognize right as I get in line he's been around for about 4 years security guy fellow OG hippie a bit younger though anyways I explained my situation to him and he says yeah I remember I was standing there with them when he was adding the points up and getting your stuff straight I said oh good so you saw so he looks so he looks at the cashier and gives him a nod like take care of her and that is not what the guy does at all in fact this guy who's half my age proceeds to tell me that the security guys word doesn't mean much I can't help it feel this guy's already made up his mind and I noticed he keeps looking over my shoulder about this time but really small girl about the same age comes over with her shoulders all puffed up and they both start attitude and she says oh yeah we all know you and you don't have any points this is the one that called me a liar on the phone about the point system and about how often I come I couldn't believe it my soft cozy place became cold and distant next thing I know these two young ones not the other security guy not the one at the back door that I was talking about but this other newbie that's much older and he escorts me out. I couldn't believe it I said I can't even buy something if I don't use my points they said no go I just could not believe it so I just thought that I would share and that not all the new changes to the Arizona Organics are positive they just celebrated the 12th anniversary last year I wasn't even invited not even an email I don't know a z o g I don't see myself coming back anytime soon if that's how you treat your very VIPs and by VIP I mean someone who spends a lot of money it's your establishment tipping you for 12 years. I think I'll stick with jars $15.8 Oz for a minuted
