I had an outstanding experience at Greentree Medicinals thanks to Chris. He truly went above and beyond—taking the time to walk me through different strains and helping me find exactly what suited my needs. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care made a big difference. What really stood out was that he took the extra step to update my preferences in their system, ensuring future visits will be just as smooth. It’s rare to find that kind of attention to detail and customer care. Huge thanks to Chris for making me feel seen and supported!

This used to be my favorite dispensary; the product was all top shelf, and exactly what I was looking for, but more importantly, the step was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Over the last couple of months the quality of products has gone down, I’m being sold hybrids and sativa‘s with what I request is Indica but most importantly the staff Members that I’ve dealt with recently have not been on the same quality as before. I can get a condescending attitude at any dispensary near me, that used to be what set this place apart from everywhere else. After making a trip back in to discuss the issue I asked for a manager. The Caucasian guy with the dreadlocks insisted on helping me with the issue and then dismissed me in a condescending tone. When I asked him to have a manager call me to resolve the issue he brushed me off and proceeded to explain how I didn’t know what I was talking about. We’ll see if I ever get that call.
