Very nice, calm and steady high. A bit floaty *spirit fingers*and just a dollop of tingly. Definitely have a touch of the munchies and my mood is very good. I have hemicrania continua and chronic migraine, and I selected Holy Grail because it's dominant in the terpene myrcene. I've had the best luck with myrcene for pain management.
