Pre-ordered a couple things online in the morning I got there at 5 pm waiting for 25 min I was second in line for my online purchase one I got in they showed me everything and definitely mixed my order around one I said something they went to look for it and came back and said they out of it what doesn’t make sense is I ordered that at 10 am why I’m the hell don’t you have it I’m sure they Sold what I wanted that day because my friend went in there and got what I ask for I talk to a so call manager who didn’t even acknowledge that I was there and was so Disrespectful about the whole situation

Slow employee the store was not busy at all they sit up front and talk to each other instead of helping customers out

Rude people don’t waste your time and money go down the street like a mile better customer service and better everything

Amazing service from everyone in the and Cassie is a good bud tender
