I just can’t stop coming here! It’s always the same incredible deals! If ever I have any issues, they usually have the best customer service. I’ve been coming here for well over a year and I just don’t bother with other dispensaries. I once pre ordered a pre roll. After I already purchased and left to go home, I notice the tube the pre roll came in was EMPTY! I was so scared that nobody would believe that I received an empty container. I almost didn’t want to say anything about it. I called and spoke with a manager and they were completely respectful of my time and money I already spent. The manager just had me come back in to give me a replacement. It’s stuff like this that has me coming back! Shout out to Valerie and all of my favorite Jars staff at 27th Ave! They already know me by name when I come in! Some of the budtenders know my preferences so well that they don’t even waste my time asking what I’d like 😊 I used to go to different Jars locations such as New River, but 27th Ave is my all time favorite since it’s close to Starbucks and other fun shopping center 💕

I wanted to update my review from earlier this week my couldn’t figure out how to update it. My previous review was for receiving the wrong 1/2 ounce and being told I can’t return it. The general manager actually reached out to me personally and was very apologetic about the situation. She had me come down and rectified the situation for me. True professionalism and leadership. I’m a manager in customer service for a major financial institution and I know mistakes happen, but what an organization does to resolve the situation is a true indicator of what type of business they run. Thank you Helena for running a reputable store. 5 star service :)
