Call center has zero information on products and wants you to go in to see. No way to contact dispensary directly what's the point of having a call center if they have no information. I would give 0 Stars if I could and I've been a patient over a year and still haven't used my new patient discount with you guys because utterly disappointed you still don't even have flower

Does not deliver flower

I LOVE RISE. Rise delivers to me once a week, no issues ever, super friendly and helpful (even though I probably annoy my favorite dispensary). Coming from Colorado, Rise' quality is 100 as I always get top shelf flower. Good job guys!!! 🤗

Quality is alright. Sometimes you can find flower around 20% at best. Prices are competitive and delivery service is free, which is what keeps me as a customer. After countless issues, they are "working to better their accuracy and customer service," which is taking a bit longer than anticipated as still a mistake every order and horrible customer service. When this improves, my review will.

So, I got my Florida medical card in Feb and went to Curaleaf for my FIRST PURCHASE. The guy was super rude and rushed me out, so I hadn't been back until today. The help and service I received today from Zahira and Angel definitely changed my experience. Zahira went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations.I will be trying this dispensary on a more regular basis. I hope that Curaleaf keeps hiring help that is patient, understanding, and would never ever rush someone or make them feel stupid for any reason.
